I’m only giving them two stars cause the ladies on day shift I’ve known a long time and are sweet but the night crew are disgusting and don’t care they didn’t even warm up my meat and I got a cheesesteak sub.

Worker was friendly. While putting the veggies on... I was going to buy some cookies till I seen the display. Absolutely discusting! Thick sub wrap papers looking wet, crumbs everywhere & just overall filthy! Then I looked around the meat & veggie section better an it hasn't been cleaned in a long time, black gunk around the edges, just overall filthy as well. I was polite & left but didn't not eat that sub. Will never go back. Wasn't going to take it out on the employee that was working alone an seemed new at the job.

I’ve stopped in several times for lunch and today was not a disappointment. Every time I stop in the lady’s working are always very pleasant to deal with and they are always extremely attentive. I really appreciate their hospitality and hard work to make every experience phenomenal.

The staff were rude and seemed to be un a rush. The person making the food touched money and then touched out food without changing his gloves.

Last night at 8:30pm, an hour before close my family went to this location. Two employees were there, Serena and Taylor. When we walked in there was no body behind the counter and no customers present. The store was also dirty. Trash on the floor, cookies in their display case which was dirty with crumbs everywhere. The toppings area was depleted and spills on the counter. I was a little grossed out but we were starving and my picky kids can always agree on Subway. It took a couple of minutes for Serena to come out. First she popped her head out and then said to Taylor in the back “Ugh….. there’s a whole damn family here now”. My husband and I were shocked. My kids felt like we were bothering them by merely being there, which is what it felt like. They both reluctantly came out, kept talking to each other, not acknowledging us. Taylor was asking Serena why she wasn’t wearing her hat. They argued about that for a minute before Taylor asked what we wanted. My husband ordered his first followed by my two kids. Taylor was doing all of the work while Serena stood by the register. Before I even got to place my order Serena asked my husband if that was everything so she could ring us up and be done. He called over to me and I explained I had not ordered yet. He was like well just tell her what it’s going to be because she’s in a hurry to ring us up. I felt so pressured. I ordered a turkey sub and I didn’t put my usual toppings on it because several of them didn’t look very appealing. In the middle of preparing my sandwich the employees were talking to each other about how much they couldn’t wait to leave. One of which said “My ride is already here!!!” Once the last sandwich was made it was all put in a bag and we left. No thank you or goodbye. I get it that Subway isn’t fine dining but this to be the most abysmal Subway I’ve ever seen and one of the most apathetic and lazy displays of employees I’ve ever seen anywhere ever in food service. We had just been visiting Delaware the week prior to this and went to Subway probably half a dozen times while there and everyone was nice, greeted us, the restaurant was clean, and that’s it. Basic good service. If I was the franchise owner of this location I’d want to know how my shop is being run and I’d be firing both of them. They clearly don’t care and don’t want to be there and are driving away business. We will be back in the area in 2 weeks and I can tell you with certainty we won’t be back!

Worst Subway for service. I have lived on Chincoteague for 5 years now and this is the worst subway I've ever been to, I avoid it. There's always a bunch of black older female workers taking their sweet time. The last time I stopped in, I walked out. They took over 10 minutes just to take my order. Horrible.
