Most DD are the same and service is ordinary but today’s experience told me that this person deserves a shout out. Nandani, an employee who stood out from the rest. As I sat there and had my coffee, I observed her positive energy and hospitality from the minute I walked in. It was the same for every single person that walked through the door from customers to delivery people. A contagious smile and willingness to work, welcoming and whether it was serving or sweeping the floor, it was notable. As a business owner, I know that it’s hard to find people these days with such work ethics. DD Oakton is lucky to have her.

I know that “Dunkin” removed the word “Donuts” from their official name. But this location seems to have also removed them from the menu.
*Maybe* I could understand the one time I went at 3 PM and they were out. But 9 AM on a Saturday and they were out of most flavors, with no plans to restock? The cashier said “we were busy,” as if this were an excuse and not a reason to, you know, have more donuts.
Next time, I’m not going to even try.

Every time I go in here the service is bad and they act like they don’t want to be there at all. I ordered a drink and got SO MUCH ICE IT BROKE MY STRAW trying to put it in….also cost 6 dollars…. the next time i came i asked for the same drink with light ice and when the drink came out it wasn’t even what I asked for and the tag didn’t say light ice. I will not be coming here again. The mcdonald’s down the street has better service, and coffee, and is 1/3 of the price. So sad coming from a place that is known for donuts and COFFEE

These people really forgot to put the flavoring in our coffee, and instead of putting the correct amount into it when we went back to request it he spun around in front of us and aggressively pumped a ridiculous amount into the coffee without counting and handed it back completely ruined with the worst attitude ive ever received in a resturaunt. This place has never been run worse, and corporate wasnt even suprised when we called. It's not the first issue recently, avoid this location and their disgusting attitude.

Been coming here for years they've messed my order up twice. Instantly fixed it when I came in both times no questions. Came into complain about my coffee not having any sweetener. Man acting like he's not wanting to help and then put so much sugar in it's going to give me diabetes nasty attitude and coffee.

2025 HEATH CODE VIOLATIONS. Disgusting! I called the number posted in the store to report the issue and individual(s); there has been no management call back nor intention to fix the problem after a week. All workers need to use gloves and not touch the donuts with bare fingers, especially immediately after wiping their noses right in front of customers. It's flu season; if you are sick and have to wipe your runny nose, please be considerate. Wash hands and wear gloves. Or use the tiny paper sleeves CORRECTLY as to not touch the donuts with bare fingers. I threw my donut in the trash and started going to another donut chain. So much for my weekly visits to get donuts. My group will miss them.

This place is a joke. They never have any donuts available! I can’t believe they are able to afford the rent there. Honestly, the shopping center is wasting the golden spot.
I went in to Dunkin Donuts today about 10:15am to get a coffee. I was the only person in line standing where they take orders. The employee behind the counter was leaning against the opposite counter facing me but looking at his phone completely ignoring me. I stood there for a minute looking at him thinking he’d look up to take my order or at least acknowledge me but never did. So I just walked out with nothing. Seriously? Ug. Horrible

Had a delicious breakfast sandwich and great cold brew with sweet foam- but all 5 stars go to the two employees working so hard to handle so many orders coming in online, and keeping quality high, despite rude and impatient customers.

Went here on a Saturday before noon - should have listened to my gut and went somewhere else. As soon as we pulled up, an employee was sitting on the curb (blocking a parking spot btw) on his phone with gloves still on ?. Walked in, it’s dirty and empty. The employees working were rude, never greeted and gave a look as to “why are you here.” There was extremely limited choices for being a Saturday. And after paying $7, got home and every single donut is hard and stale!!! So disappointed and will never go back.

This Dunkin Donuts has some great refreshers, although they could definitely use more bacon-free options for breakfast. The roll-ups are ok. It personally feels more like a somewhat melted cheese on bread, and not really rolled-up. Service here is very hit or miss. I've had some servers give attitude, while others were really nice. Donuts are good too.

This location rarely has many donut flavors, but I tried to swing by tonight for my daughter. We got there at 10-12 minutes before closing, the employee saw me pull in, made eye contact, then locked the door and hid in the back. He came out again and started mopping once I got back in my car. Staring at me the whole time. Seriously? I know it’s annoying to get a late customer, but I wasn’t going to ask for anything requiring heating up!
