Drive-thru always makes you pull ahead to wait for your food, last time I went they had no change so I dug around for 20 cent, I guess they were going to keep the 80 cent they would of owed me.

Watched person making the food grabbing the chicken and throwing it into fryer bare handed. Mentioned to the (maybe) manager in front and she told the person making the food “he said you don’t have gloves on.” Maybe instead of calling out your customer, just tell your staff to use gloves.

I walked up to the counter to order. The girl comes to the register with a coat and hood on which isn’t a good look in a food establishment but as cold as it was in there I can’t much blame her. Their heat must be broken because it was so cold in there I had to go sit in my car and eat. Plus she didn’t even say a word to me other than my total which is rude. The food was not fresh either and when I went back in she still didn’t say anything to me just had them remake my food and acted like I was bothering her for doing her job. I said thank you and she said NOTHING! I stopped coming here a year or so ago because the food was never fresh and figured I’d try again but nothings changed.

If you want hot and fresh food do yourself a favor and drive 15 minutes south to the one in Exmore. Everytime you go here the food is old like it’s sat under the warmer for hours. The customer service isn’t too much better either.

I do not like breakfast biscuit sandwiches or fast food biscuits in general, but THIS BISCUIT!? It was soft and flaky and buttery. I haven't been to Hardee's in years, but I will return for a sausage, egg, amd cheese biscuit.

Don't even know how to get a bacon egg and cheese right, sent out a sausage and egg 0/10 experience get to the job and my foods not right and they weren't even busy and I don't have time to get back to try and get it right just go to the Wendy's or McDonald's across the street
