Ordered chicken wraps, didn't realize i needed to ask for cheese and lettuce. Only got chicken some sauce and 2 slivers of cheese and one sliver of lettuce. Absolutely joke.

Best homeade biscuits in town where the seniors sit after breakfast conversing reading the paper and playing games🥰😋💯🫶
If I could leave less than one star I would. The people working the counter were rude.. they had no napkins (they had someone rip some sort of paper towel into squares) no ice and we had to wait at least 10 minutes just to place an order. It was probably the worst experience I’ve had at Hardee’s to date
They really need to hire more people having one cashier to run the dining room and the drive thru is ridiculous
Needs friendlier staff for sure. Woman acted like she didn’t even wanna be there. Wasn’t talkative or very pleasant. I understand everyone has moments and she wasn’t mean just…not friendly.
Waited forever for cashier to even acknowledge us there. Then waited over 10 mins for burgers that were thrown together . The soda area was dirty and the machine was making a horrible noise that made me walk out

This was not a great experience. The cashier rudely snatched the money out of my hand and the meal was cold.

Way too cold inside! I asked if they could turn the heat on and they said they couldn’t because it was controlled by corporate in North Carolina. Terrible situation.

I want to let you know about the great service we received at this location. Our food was delivered to our table, special order, fast and hot. Donesha went above and beyond making sure we had what we needed. Highly praise this establishment!
