Every time I come to this McDonald’s the frappe machine is always down. Employees are nasty, rude, & always rushing you to hurry up. They always make you pull up to wait. Then it takes them 30 minutes to bring you the food

This is the absolute worst restaurant on Lankford Hwy in Onley Va. Their communication skills are limited. There milkshake machine is never working only because they are to lazy to clean it They very rarely get an order right.. This is not a good place to stop if you are traveling. Locals always complain about how bad it is managed. Wendys is a much better options!

The prices are way to high and there has been so many times my order has been screwed up really bad.. They need to learn to slow down a bit.. I rather it take a few Mins then to drive all the way back to fix my food. Update: I have a few people in there that I see a lot and are amazing workers. But lately I have been going and I order sit there for over 25 mins waiting on my food when people who came in way after me gets theirs. No hey we are sorry nothing. I say something and people get attitudes. They mess up my son’s food every time how can you mess up only Ketchup. I understand they get busy but every time I go come on. Do better please I spend lots of money here.

We just did the drive thru. An older woman at the window was nice and she knew my granddaughter.
Worst McDonald’s we’ve ever been too. Got the order wrong slammed the drive through window in our faces twice, didn’t apologize. Handed us a new bag said nothing and slammed the door in our faces AGAIN. Forgot our sauces asked for extra pickles gave me one pickle and cold fries. The girl at the drive through was literally texting and the other girl had an attitude. Don’t stop here not worth your time

First, I tried one order machine. It was not working. Went to another. It took my order, but gave no printout with an order number. I got to the pickup and told the employee that I had 4 double fish sandwiches and two plain hamburger sandwiches with 2 lemonade. She handed me an order. There were two kids meals, and a whole bunch of chicken nuggets.

Do not waste your time here, they will cancel your mobile order when you get there. Terrible customer service, everytime I’ve been here they are disrespectful and have poor attitudes. They also always say the ice cream machine is broken but meantime staff members will be walking around with ice cream or frappes. Pure Laziness.

The service is top notch. Everyone is pleasant and courteous. They are MUCH nicer than the people at the Exmore store. There is only one person at Exmore who is always smiling and helpful.
