Stopped here on my way to jersey. Fries were nice and hot, but this mcdouble was just not worth the money. It was slapped together and it seems as though the meat is getting thinner and thinner.
We went in, and there were employees in the back, but nobody at the registers. 3 different employees walked by us and two other customers without saying a word. Two went and picked up trash and continued to the back. The third employee looked like one of the shift leaders. She came out and was doing stuff at a register and didn't acknowledge anyone. One customer walked out and another asked if anyone was going to help him. She finally did. Our order came out and was placed...
Not enough staff to accommodate the number of customers.
The food was good, but they literally screwed up every other order.
So basically, everyone was standing around hangry.
I overheard multiple people saying they'd been waiting in excess of 30-45 mins.
Some customers even came in from the drive-through to speak to a manager or were just waiting for the manager for an incorrect order.
