DO NOT ORDER FOR DELIVERY. I ordered 4 items, 1 hour for delivery and they forgot 2 items. Called again and they said it's another hour. They showed up and still forgot something. This place is completely worthless.

Always good food and decent service! Went inside to eat other the other night and everything was clean and orderly. Hard to believe helped build this place around 12 years ago and still looks mostly the same.

Stopped here on my way from work to check the place out and I can’t say I was disappointed. The girl at the register was very kind and welcoming and was very patient while taking my order. Ordered a large pizza and some wings and it didn’t take long for it to be ready. The food was excellent and I will definitely be coming back again. Big thanks to Lizbeth as she made sure I was provided with exceptional customer service. Definitely a great place to check out with a wide variety of dishes to try!

Called them as soon as I got to my hotel to order dinner, said it would be about 45 mins, almost 2 hours later we got our food, no salt, no napkins, no plasticware. Food wasn't even hot. When I called to get an ETA I was told he will be there shortly as he left a while ago, 45 mins later he shows and doesn't say anything just hands the food over and walks away. Over $50 for 2 baskets of shrimp and a piece of cake. Definitely won't be back.

This is by far the WORST experience I have ever had! I placed an order for delivery for a BBQ chicken pizza and they sent me a buffalo chicken pizza. Then when I called back to notify them about it, the girl gave me attitude and hung up on me. I used to love this restaurant, but they fell off big time! I won’t be eating here for a while.

The mens bathrooms was not good. We ordered two wraps 1 motz stick and my wife asked for ranch which they charged us for. The total was 41.00 and the food was ok but nothing to write home about. It could have been worse but it would have been better. The fries tasted like cardboard.

The food is very good. I enjoy coming to Panzottis for the food. The atmosphere is very open and casual. You have to go up to order your food and tell the cashiers everything you need to enjoy your food. They don’t have any waiters, but the cashiers can get you what you need. The service is a little different than normal restaurants, but all and all it is great! The food is delicious. I highly recommend to go there for the food.

Orders roast beef and bacon sandwich, no fries, no bacon, no mayo or mustard not even packets. The cashier didn't even ask if I wanted any, no napkins. Obviously a very dry sandwich. I also purchased a pizza which was fine but was $6 more than is displayed on the menu page and the sandwich was $2 more (for a lesser sandwich). I would not recommend this place.

Vegetarian options: There are veggie pizzas, lots of salads , sandwiches and deserts.

Parking: Parking is very close to the entrance and there is plenty of it. It is also free.

Wheelchair accessibility: Very easy to get into and out of. The parking is great and close to the entrance. It has wide aisles which are easily maneuvered . The counter seems about right. Overall, I can get my large rollator walker anywhere inside comfortably.
