I love Pizza Hut, but every single time I eat there, they get my order wrong I always get my order to go, well this is an update to my previous review, I sent my roommate last night to pick up our order at Pizza Hut that I placed online. He went and picked it up and did not check the box like he knows you have to at Pizza Hut because nine times out of ten they get our order wrong, and when he got home the pizzas were wrong both of them, and I paid extra to get cheese on my cheese sticks, they came back regular bread sticks no cheese at all, and so hard that I had to give them to my dogs as jerky, because they were literally about to break my teeth. I will be calling the store this morning when they open because this is just getting to be ridiculous, I make these reviews and nobody ever contact me or does anything.
My order was ready when stated in the app. My order was correct. It would've been nice if the person at the window would have said, hello I'll be with you in a moment, instead of just closing the window and then coming back later and saying how may I help you. Overall great transaction.

Ate in at around 8pm on a road trip. Had the meat lovers wraps and my companion had the pan pizza. I really enjoyed the wraps, that was the best thing I had from Pizza Hut in years! Only messed up thing was the server tried to give himself a tip from the change instead of being offered one

The gentleman who waited on me was pleasant and thoughtful. I ate a salad inside. I ordered a pizza to go. This same man went out to my car and put the pizza in the car for me. Food was very satisfying.
