The fries taste like straight mold. They didn’t taste like this a year ago, but suddenly they taste like penicillin. I want an actual explanation on why they taste like this and make me sick. I know I’m most likely not the only one experiencing this from this Wendy’s. Another thing is the prices. It should not have costed me $25 for myself to eat.

The fries were warm, not hot. The service was not, sat in the drive thru, then the cashier was like , what do you want. No hello or I'm sorry for your wait. I went inside, rude, rolling her eyes, wow... Never again.

Decided to get Wendy’s for dinner because it was too hot to cook. Spent $50 and received old fries, and neither chicken sandwich was made right. Not to mention the wrap I ordered literally crumbled as I unwrapped it and the tortilla was hard. The service has gone so far down hill it’s sickening. Nothing but young rude kids in the drive thru.

Would give no stars but wasn’t available. This Wendy’s was very dirty and took over 20 minutes to get our food, then made my kid throw up. The service was horrible and they were disrespectful. I didn’t even get my right order.

Men bathroom has lot of fly and wasn’t full clean. Fountain drink wasn’t restocked morning and the other fountain drink wasn’t on. Touch screen takes way or teach people what new on the touchscreen.
Came for dinner with my family and the drink machines were out of everything. The food tasted horrible. The dinning area was dirty. Not one single table was clean. There was a huge puddle of water all over floor in dinning area. There were unsupervised kids (of employees) running around dinning area screaming and acting crazy. Think this is the last time I come here!

The restaurant is fine and pretty clean. However, the service could use a lot of adjusting, especially the drive-thru. Very discourteous, no hospitality. They stick their hand out the window to grab your money or card with just the cost and quickly shut the window on you. Then they quickly toss your bag of food at you like you have a disease and immediately shut the window on you. No respect for the customers.
