I was happening to be riding threw n I saw Wendy's n stop by there for some lunch and when I walked in the building all I saw was happy workers even the General manager.the individuals greeted their customers with respect and they got customers in and out.the new General Manger Tawanda u was on point and u running a great restaurant.so if anyone would ask me about who cook da best food I would say Wendy's all day everyday!! Yall da best keep up da good work!

The food here is good. The atmosphere, unfortunately, is not.
The men's bathroom has been broken for several weeks and when I called their hotline to report the problem I almost thought I had the wrong number. But he introduced himself as some kind of customer experience expert or something so I believed him.
If other Wendy's stores are run this badly, I will probably avoid them. This is the same store where a number of employees quit under unknown circumstances too; I barely remember how long ago that was.
Wendy's, this is one of your only locations for miles. Do better.

I asked for some hot fries, they dropped me some fries that was already done, I work to hard for my money, but moving forward if it’s not a drink I don’t want it, this is why you lose business, I work in food service, I know how to treat people, and that’s the way I want to be treated

DO NOT EAT HERE. YOU WILL GET SICK! The water running on the soda machine was FOUL. It smelt like straight dirty toilet water, even fishy. It’s like the machine has never been cleaned. 2 soda machines in the dining room and 1 was out of service the other was insanely disgusting. It smelt so bad I almost threw up and I can promise you I am not being dramatic. I brought it to the counter girls attention she refused to smell the water I poured and admitted to knowing exactly what I was talking about. I asked to get a soda through the machine in the kitchen and she admitted that one was just as bad. I asked to replace it with a bottled water and they had none. This is EXTREMELY CONCERNING. That water is used in every drink. The employee clearly knew about the issue and nothing was being done about it. Someone is going to get very sick from this. On top of this both men’s and women’s restaurants were extremely disgusting.

Very good pleasant people and I love their 2 Jr. Bacon cheese burger meal and at a good price during hard times. I highly recommend this Wendy's and apparently the Manager/s and the people are very well trained & know what they are doing. Food was nice and Hot like every time we have been there. Never been inside and always went through drive through and never waited very long in line. However just by the people, I am sure the inside is kept clean but will update when we use the inside. Anyway great food & pleasant people for the $.

Food and service was amazing. Inside was very clean. They also have a family / disabled bathroom that’s separate from the other bathrooms and it locks so you have the room to yourself. It’s very spacious too. It helped a lot because I have a service dog and I’m always nervous going into normal stalls incase someone tries to reach my service dog under the stall. This made me feel a lot more secure and I wish more Wendy’s, and just restaurants in general, had family / disabled restrooms like that that are more private and spacious.

I ordered a delivery and I was given the wrong food. I spent a lot of money for my order and I got food worth less than half of the money I spent. I tried to contact Wendy’s in Onley 10 times but no one answered. I finally figured out who to talk to. It’s been a few days and still no refund. I had to call the day after the first refund request because whoever I spoke to never actually started the request. If you want Wendy’s don’t ever get the delivery. 2 times in less than 1 week that my order has been delivered to the wrong address or getting someone else’s order. Go in to get your food. Door dash has really been lacking lately
