This BK is consistently subpar. Even when there is no one else in the parking lot or drive-thru the wait is long (and they often make you pull up to inflate their window time). The food comes out wrong at least half of the time and the staff have a bad attitude.For as crazily overpriced as Burger King has become it’s no wonder the chain is declining.

This burger king was one of the better ones we've been too and definitely knocks the Burger King in Locust Grove out of the park. We placed an order on the app and pulled to the drive thru, we were promptly greeted and told to pull around. They did give us 2 of our 3 drinks and then asked us to pull around to wait. They did bring the 3rd drink with the food so only had a slight issue of 2 toddlers fussing because one had a drink and one didn't while we waited, but all of the food was extremely fresh. The only complaint was that we asked for the kid's meal burgers with no mustard and there was mustard on them so the kid's didn't eat them but they enjoyed their fries and the order of mozzarella sticks.

The day I went, I spent 20 minutes in line at the drive through. Then 10 minutes at the order station. After I got to the pickup window, I was told the boiler was down and no food was available. They only had drinks. They should have told me this at the order station. I was needless to say, angry and disappointed. I wasted 45 here. Needs a better system to inform customers of outages, etc.

Glad they'll all be out of business soon. Made the mistake of going after years of not going. Got reminded immediately why they'll be shutting down stores soon. Ask for nothing on the sandwich and sit 20 mins waiting for it just to have every topping they could find on it.... minimum skills minimum wage I guess.

WORST. BURGER. KING. EVER. PERIOD. If you want to wait and eternity, and I mean eternity for your order to be taken, if you want mean people who don't give a single crap about you or anyone else, and if you want the most terribly prepared food that is no where near what you ordered (and it's not a one-off, this happens all the time...go here. If not, save yourself some aggravation and some crappy food and go elsewhere. Wow. This place should literally be shut down for incompetency and rude-a$$ people. Burger King corporate should be ASHAMED of this place. ZERO STARS.

Literally got my food, went home, and realized it was wrong. Went back so they could correct it, and I waited every bit of 30+ minutes. The drive-through guy offered me extra stuff for my wait, and I turned him down and drove home before checking my food... wouldn't you know it was wrong again. So I called and they told me that I would have to come back in order to get it fixed... but I had already done that. They could have offered a refund, and we paid with a card. Honestly, I could have accepted a credit... but nope, nada. And the only "sorry" I got was when I called, and they said, "Sorry, if you won't drive back out, then we can't help you."

I order ice cream that gave me my ice cream had me pull forward and wait for my rest of my order. My ice cream was half melted by time I got my food they forgot my drink and people behind me got their food before I got mine I will not be pulling forward again when they ask I will refuse and II recommend everyone else does too.

Ordered the chicken sandwich. Had to drive forward and wait and when they finally gave me my order I was told the employees were arguing over who would bring my food out to me. The staff was black and I was informed that Nobody wanted to bring me my food because I'm white. The sandwich was made with a bad piece of chicken that was rancid. It even smelled bad and they STILL served it to me. I will NEVER eat here again!!!!!

No burgers available at lunch time, because they had not started them. The young women, manager was rude when asking me to move forward. It will be a long time before I stop there again!!!!!!

They arw very slow. But definitely have gotten better...Going to sound crazy but my significant other always orders a large meal. When it came it was small. The manage argued with me literally yelling back and forth that I didn't order a large. WELL I SURE AS HECK DIDNT SAY A SMALL. married ppl know what their partner gets. I said a large. It's you that didn't hear me. Was so embarrassing to stand there arguing over a size of an order. My partner has ordered the same thing for years, I know what I said.

Service is usually slow and this location is understaffed. I stopped this morning to eat in and I was told they didn't have any tortillas for the eggnormous or the Jr's. Quite dissapointing, it's the one thing I come to BK for in the morning. I was told that Sundays staff didn't pull any out for the morning... BK please do better and get on your game. Things like this make it hard to be a repeat customer...
