Leanne and Alena were really polite. I ordered a Signature latte lavacake and ordered Two avocado toast and let me tell you the Signature Latte lava cake was amazing that's how you are suppose make it not to strong and not to light it was perfect. Alena she made my Avocado toast and she was not Stengy on the avocado. It taste amazing thank you to the crew that was there. Keep up the good work 👏 😁🙂

I used to love coming here with my family when they first opened( there staff was amazing then). Now I will never go here again because our order is never right. And they never give me espresso that I PAY for. She just gives me coffee. They must think I don’t know the difference. I usually order a caramel macchiato which is supposed to have espresso in it but She just puts coffee in it instead and refuses to make it right and claims There is espresso in it.. I hate to leave such a bad review but she earned it. She’s done this to me multiple times. If it was an option I wouldn’t even give them one star. East Maui can have my business from now on.

I used to love going here. I order online mainly. I was approached by an employee who dates my ex and ever since she’s worked there my orders are never correct. This is ridiculous. And I don’t appreciate that person approaching me when she wasn’t even running the window and then talks about me while I’m leaving the drive-through. Grown and acting like a child. Dunkin you won’t be getting a lot of business from me anymore as I went there everyday for coffee. You will only see me if that person isn’t working there. Just sad.

Had no large or medium cups only small has been happening very frequently they suck they could’ve just give me two smalls and charged it as a large instead they charged it as two smalls and I overpaid the didn’t say sorry or anything

Very limited lunch menu but the options that they do have are good. Nice music playing and friendly staff.
This is the worst Dunkin in the state as far as I am concerned. They are out of BASIC items/ingredients on a regular basis. When they do manage to actually have things in stock, they make orders incorrectly. The employees are very nice, I can say that and wish to take nothing away from them as far as politeness goes. Though that is just about the ONLY thing this location has going for it. Complete train wreck of a business here in Orange County

I would give this place a zero star review but I can’t so i wanted 2 glazed doughnuts and i bought them through the app I ordered 2 other doughnuts for my girlfriend so we get to the window and they hand us the bag and say have a great day so I’m ready to have my delicious glazed doughnuts to find out that they weren’t in there so i thought it was an honest mistake so I went in and they said oh we’re out of glazed doughnuts so here’s some questions1. Why not ask me if I wanted any other flavors2.were they going to take my money and not give me anything in return3.has this happened to anyone else?I used to work food industry so I understand when you're out of something but don’t take my money and not ask me if I wanted an alternative if they had asked I wouldn’t be sitting here giving them a 1 star
