Have been to this Dunkin multiple times because of convenience and shortness from my house. I have done multiple mobile orders and 100% of the time I have had them. Tell me when I go to pick it up that it cannot be completed and that they have ran out of some thing or whatever excuses they come up with.

Went back up only to have the ladies snicker be weird and not allert me off the fact that maybe we should go to the doctor. Dont drink here if you vale your

They cleaned the coffee machines without rinsing the cleaning agent. Truly terrible experience, and this type of negligence will eventually hurt someone.

Don’t go here before closing. I arrived 10 minutes before closing because I was 6 hours into my drive. I appreciate wanting to go home on time and getting ready early, especially in a slow night. It was made very evident that this employee would now need to make another batch of coffee for my extra large with almond milk. I checked the coffee after receiving it through the drive through. It was 3/4 filled and not hot and had foam on it. The foam I w as not impressed with, even for almond milk. I asked for them to finish filing it. They thought it was incredulous and finally agreed to give me more almond milk. Still wasn’t full but wasn’t going to knock on the glass again. Poor service. Will not be back.

Everything I have gone they mess something up or don’t give the correct drink and when you ask for a certain flavor it tastes like they didn’t even put it in or there’s not even cream in it. Not to mention waiting almost 20 minutes for one drink to be made WRONG.

So I find these reviews funny, I typically go in the morning and I receive my order fast. Only one time my order was botched but she fixed it as she could. Every time my matcha tastes AMAZING and my avocado toast is good. People here need to realize there aren't many workers at this location and must be PATIENT.

I went to the store 40 min before closing. Doors were locked. So I through the drive thru to see if they were open. A lady asked what I wanted. I asked what flavor of bagel bites they had. She responded, "none" . I asked what donuts there were. She responded, "none". I said do you have anything? She said, "no". So I left. Not sure how a business can be open when you don't have anything??? First time going there. Not sure if I will go back if they don't have anything to serve. I happened to know someone who was in line trying to get a drink they ordered online. The girl said she couldn't make it. She had nothing to make it with. He had to tell her what to do and she went and made one because she didn't know how to refund the money. Just strange to me.

Cute little Dunkin. Nice employees, good plain coffee. Inside was bleak, no decorations, no merch. Just computerized menus beeping a lot.

Often are not in stock with the basics such as whipped cream or even cups and I have ordered things and been told at the window that I did not order the item ( with a know it all attitude) yet I order the same thing each time. Did not get offer to fix my order. Just told me I was wrong. Very unprofessional people work here.

Almost every single time I have gone, they have messed something up. Order a bacon egg and cheese sandwich on a plain bagel? Get a sausage egg and cheese on an everything bagel. Order bagel minis? Bite into it, and they’re literally FROZEN. Order the Fall special donuts (like apple cider or whatever they were)? Get boston creme, with no explanation. This happened twice. Turns out they didn’t have the Fall donuts, but didn’t bother saying so. Coffee is burnt sometimes and tastes like ashes. Just ridiculous.
