Food does not taste like other locations. This is a horrible restaurant. Inside is always a mess with flies everywhere. Customer service is worse. My hushpuppies were not ediable however the manager never offered to replace them. Fish and chicken on Long Johns side is overcooked in old grease and our KFC chicken sandwhich was cold and pale. What is going on here? Not the first but definitely the last for me. I'll go to the Culpeper location for KFC from now on, unfortunately we dont have a Long Johns closer.

On 8/2, shift supervisor, Patrice, rang me up in drive-thru, shutting the window to run my card. Her name is on the receipt. Later that evening, I had over $70 in charges from Mama's Pizza. The online ordering site, Slice, gave me the account name (Patrice M****), as well as the phone number for the order and the address it was delivered to. Mama's Pizza also gave me a copy of this order, the address and phone number. I called Patrice and asked her for my money back & she hung up. I verified this was her home address. I called LJS/KFC and asked the manager Doris how my credit card was used in drive-thru and then later at that employee's home. Doris said she passed the background check and does not feel like there is anything else she can do. That employee is still there, running credit cards, and perhaps stealing more identities. Do NOT allow the shift supervisor there, Patrice, to run your credit card. CONSUMER BEWARE

Worst KFC in the entire country. Small poorly cooked portions. Over priced. Phone does not work. Drive through order boards do not work. Assistant manager was rude and insulting me personally. SHE /HE said I came though once before w under cooked chicken, which I did not. This entire business should be bulldozed to the ground and a healthy eating establishment put in its place. The one girl who took my order was very kind. They offer no refunds for poor food and service. Do not buy from this store it is horrible food, service, and the staff will blame you for their lack of quality.

This place was so rude. Waited 5 minutes before they answered the speaker. Food was cold to the touch. Mac and cheese look like old noodles. One good thing mash potatoes was good. But every rude customer service and was no treated like a great customer. Was treated like trash all around. Won’t go here again

Literally, the worst KFC I have ever stepped foot in. Mobile orders are placed in advance and still take thirty to forty five minutes of standing there to get them handed to you. None of the staff seems to know what they're doing at all and don't work together to get the orders ready. Watched them serve five other people that came in more than 10 minutes after me before I got my order even though I placed mine in advance. Really disappointed in how down hill this restaurant has gone.

2nd time I've gone through the drive thru and came home missing items from my 8 piece meal deal. Last time it was my gravy and today it is my 4 biscuits. This KFC is a joke! Will not be patronizing them again!

My order has been missing items more than once. Instead of a drumstick, I get a small drumette or a wingette. For the orice I should be getting a normal size chicken piece. Also a large drink is now the size of a dmall or medium. This place will go out. of business if they dont get decent chicken peices. Its likethey are usinf chicks instead of grown chickens. Sad.

I want to give a shout out to the Orange, VA, KFC. Food and service were good, but most importantly, I left my purse in the dining area. When calling back, they recovered my purse and held it for me. Everything was in my purse and they required the person picking it up to identify it before releasing it to them. There are still great, honest people around! Thank you, Orange KFC staff!

Got a bucket of Chicken ? the deal of 8pcs for $10. Chicken ? was satisfactory towards the top but at the bottom a quarter inch of Grease. I avoid eating the skin when greasey if possible to avoid health problems. Some cooked chicken ? should have less fat and skin to avoid possible heart problems. Chewing tobacco helps to get rid of grease in the mouth after eating.
