Kudos to the workers here. This place always seems understaffed but the people working are usually killing themselves to get you the best service they can provide. Food is good and what I expect. Owners need to raise that target labor a little and give these people a little rest. 5 stars for the people.

This Long John Silver's Orange, Virginia location is consistently one of the worst of this chain I have visited. Food is often served that has clearly been prepared some time ago; hardened fries, dried tasting hush puppies. It is also very irritating that just about everytime I have used the drive-thru I am told to pull around to the front and my order will be out shortly, which just about always turns out to be around a 20 minute wait and I STILL have to go inside to get the order, where of course I am just ignored by an inattentive or rude cashier. Poor menu selection too; no grilled fish options? In my book Captain D's is a far better fastfood seafood restaurant.

Service person was having a conversation with a friend and caused a line to form for Service. Fried shrimp batter was salty.
Parking: No rear exit only drive-thru. Need to exit where you came in. Not good when busy.
Wheelchair accessibility: Only two handicap parking and door is heavy to open.

I DO NOT recommend going to this location because I got the family meal and the fish had a piece of hair in the box. They need to tell their employees to wear hair nets.

The food was good but we picked up on the way home and I didn’t search thru all the boxes not wanting to open them in the car and when we got home found the coke slaw was missing!! That is our favorite side! Being a 20 min drive back no one wanted to go get it.
