Parking: No rear exit only drive-thru. Need to exit where you came in. Not good when busy.

I DO NOT recommend going to this location because I got the family meal and the fish had a piece of hair in the box. They need to tell their employees to wear hair nets.

The food was good but we picked up on the way home and I didn’t search thru all the boxes not wanting to open them in the car and when we got home found the coke slaw was missing!! That is our favorite side! Being a 20 min drive back no one wanted to go get it.

If I could give less than 1 star on service, I would. Literally - the girl running the register wouldn't stop texting long enough to even ring the order. Worse, kept also checking her Iwatch WHILE holding her phone and running register.I said hi to her when I entered the building. She did not respond - and I was directly in front of her.There was another employee with their boyfriend by the window facing the parking lot with whom was most likely best described as a boyfriend. Judging by the dirty nature of the floors, the tables, and the overall rudeness- I'd say instead of phones and boyfriends, we should probably pay attention to who is paying us and the business in general.However -- the food was SENSATIONAL. The guy behind the counter that was handing food out and calling names was a pretty nice guy.Overall - I understand that we all have lives outside of our work place but I manage a district of a completely different company and if I walked in to my employees doing what the other two were doing - we would be having a serious conversation for sure. There's no reason our customers should be the ones paying the price when they're the ones paying our checks. Without customers, there is no business. I truly hope these young ladies can do better, you never know who's coming to your business.Again...best food I've had from a Long John's, so I commend you there!!

Said twice no ice, she filled the cup full, when she tried to hand it to me I said again its supposed to be no ice, she rolled her ice and loudly sighed. The fries were very salty, got l2 chicken was 1.5 peices for $10 instead of the 2, and it smelled like fish and was almost soggy it was so greasy. I love LJS this location was terrible, also we were the only ones in the drive-thru and no one in the dinning room so they weren't even busy. Thoroughly disappointed ?

Everything about my visit reminded me why I never go here. Waited over an hour for my food and watched them give my food away to a person who came in after me. I waited and didn't even get what I paid for. I ordered extra crispy and had to settle for a few pieces of it and the rest original. It was only an 8 piece meal.They left out my tenders and my fries. I had to drive back to the store to get them. The staff didn't apologize they just kept reminding me they were busy, and that's the reason for the shortcomings. The manager offered me a fountain drink for my troubles.Please do not come here if you're looking for convenience.
