Foods alright, but the attitude that they give in the drive thru is unacceptable. Asked for all legs in a 4 PC meal and they started being very belligerent. And the meal wasn't even correct when I got it. Only 2 pieces in a 4 piece with no side. BEWARE

The worst Long John Silver’s I’ve ever had, I never take time to leave reviews , but it was that bad. Breading was dripping grease, and extremely dark (like old used grease?) gentleman at drive thru was nice and apologetic that I waited almost 15 minutes to get the food , shouldn’t be allowed to serve food like this inedible

Food is the food you get at any one of these, but the service is atrocious!!! They forget parts of your orders, if you are passing through on your way while out of town, GO TO HARDEE'S OR SHEETZ. They mess up so so bad all the time that they will not give any refund. Which technically they can not do with out knowledge and approval from the franchise itself. And they offer you a credit for it, which DOES NO GOOD WHEN YOU ARE JIST PASSING THROUGH AND LIVE W HOURD AWAY AND WILL NEVER BE RETURNING TO THIS DIRT HOLE.
Save yourself the headache and just go somewhere else...

Was amazing first time eat ting here since 2020 prior to that havnt ate here since my mom passed away (11years) ago. Still taste the same and my daughter lived it for her first time will be going back!

On 8/2, shift supervisor, Patrice, rang me up in drive-thru, shutting the window to run my card. Her name is on the receipt. Later that evening, I had over $70 in charges from Mama's Pizza. The online ordering site, Slice, gave me the account name (Patrice M****), as well as the phone number for the order and the address it was delivered to. Mama's Pizza also gave me a copy of this order, the address and phone number. I called Patrice and asked her for my money back & she hung up. I verified this was her home address. I called LJS/KFC and asked the manager Doris how my credit card was used in drive-thru and then later at that employee's home. Doris said she passed the background check and does not feel like there is anything else she can do. That employee is still there, running credit cards, and perhaps stealing more identities. Do NOT allow the shift supervisor there, Patrice, to run your credit card. CONSUMER BEWARE

I don't have one were I live. So its a treat from time to time to stop by good old LJS. But that's just nostalgia for the way things use to be! Now! Either it's overcooked or the grease is dirty Because their fish and shrimp the last 2 times I was there was hard and dark. And the hush puppies were heavy with grease. Food cost way too much for this. No 3 strikes for me. I will keep my money in my pocket for now on when I ride by

Went here and seriously the chicken sandwiches were cold, the french fries were mushy, and they forgot the biscuits I ordered. It is 550 the dinner rush time and seriously there were three people in there. I don’t know why they couldn’t get anything right I would avoid this KFC and go somewhere else
