We were just passing through the town of Orange and needed something for supper so we stopped at Mario's 'Pizzeria on Main Street. It may be modest looking on the outside but the food was Mind-Blowingly delicious! Also portions are extremely huge! We ordered the small calzone and the Mediterranean salad and found the ingredients were fresh and tasted as if they were delivered straight from Italy! We are so glad we stopped by. We talked with the owner who was very friendly and found that he and wife and children run the business. We predict Mario has a great future ahead of him.

Asked for a steak and cheese sub with no onions and extra mayo… barely any meat, no lettuce and the worst cut of tomato. It came to $14 and some Change just for the sub..

I don’t like leaving bad reviews but this was a bad experience. I ordered a Sicilian pizza for carry out . My pizza was the worst pizza I have ever tasted and wasted $25 on . I basically paid for crust . They were very skimpy on the sauce , barely any cheese and maybe one pepperoni per slice , if that and it was burnt, not crispy but burnt . I will never waste my money there again.

Music was so loud that he kept asking what was our order over and over again and then when our food came out 2 of the dishes were nasty, salty and hard and when telling the manger this he looked at like we were stupid and then stated that he will take it off but they don’t ever have problems with their food and then proceeded to walk away and didn’t even ask if we would like something different! Remind you we had 6 people with us but acted like we were an inconvenience!
