Worst Subway I've ever eaten in. Poor service..server unfriendly. Meat was hidden behind metal cover. Vegetables where in very poor condition, wilted brown lettuce, wilted spinach with rotten, slimy pieces. Tomatoes mushy and falling apart. I decided not to eat any on my sandwich. I wish I had taken pictures. Unbelievable.

The vegetables were bad and they still tried to put them on my sub. I had to request that they take the tomatoes off and please use the items that didn’t have blackened seeds, which blows my mind. The spinach looked slimy in its bin, the lettuce was browned and the gent just really couldn’t care less about his business. He was more concerned about watching traffic over my shoulder than understanding my order. It appears that this is how it’s been at this particular location for at least the last year so obviously no changes to better the place have been made. My family and I won’t be going back. I’m just disappointed I hadn’t looked up the reviews first to avoid having gone at all.

Ordered online, and subs was not prepared as asked. I asked for double meat on my sub and I had recieved the normal amount of meat and was charged 2.50 basically for nothing. The Great Garlic sub didn't even have bacon nor was it toasted like it was supposed to be. I WILL NOT order from here again. Will suggest the same to anyone else your better off ordering at some other Subway.

I’m sure most people know whether they like subway or not but I will have to say that the service here is a bit slow and uninviting. This is not one that will greet you as you walk in. They are also very greedy with the toppings, even if you say extra they will give you maybe one or two more. Unfortunately I don’t know if I’ll return based on the cleanliness of their utensils. The sandwich from the person in front of me has some sort of sauce and the worker dipped it in water and used the same knife on my sandwich without even wiping the knife off first and I saw the other persons sauce get wiped in my sandwich… that was unfortunate.Parking: Parking is free

The guy that works here is very very rude I think he does this so he can sit and sleep all day because thats what he is usually doing when you go in.

I have only eaten here a few times because I dont live here, but pass through on occasion and love me a BMT. I would say 3 stars is about right, but that's only because they are so convenient right off of rt. 15, that's worth a star right there, and when I've been here, there is hardly anyone else here so the wait has not been bad. It can be DMV level time-suck at some Subways. I dont think there is another one in orange, so if you live here, its all you got.I believe the low-star reviews. I do not believe the 5 star reviews. Some people throw those around like confetti. 5 stars is perfection, not just because the worker was nice that day.My visit today is enough to remind me to be prepared to get food elsewhere when I pass through. I DO believe the owners may be unpleasant...not because I have interacted with them, but the employees never seem happy when I've been here. They are completely unmotivated and appear mostly untrained. I have literally had an ACTUAL 5 star experience at a Subway before, so it's a management/employee thing for sure. The other problem is they have kept all their COVID era plexiglass shields, so its hard to communicate with them over the counter. The guy today wouldn't even make eye contact with me, so he couldn't even see my lips move to help understand.Today as the employee seemed to struggle with my request for 50% more meat (this is a menu line item at most subways I go to, its pretty clear that it is an up-charge) I began looking at the toppings. The spinach was rotten for lack of a better way to say it and the shredded lettuce looked like it had just been "overfilled" but was already turning brown. I like some spinach on my BMT but skipped any of the greens, it just didn't look good. This is unacceptable and makes me concerned about the other ingredients that are hard to tell how long they have been stored. The owner or manager was right there when I walked in. He was counting cash with the employee, probably to hold him accountable for the register, and for good reason, the guy was not the sharpest knife in the drawer. There is no way the owner did not see that bad spinach. A total lack of giving a rip.I gave 3 stars because of the location, and you CAN get something "close" to a subway sandwich here, albeit substandard.People mention they dont do the coupons and special offers here. I have encountered that in several locations. In all fairness, I dont know how they can survive at buy one get one free, but the Subway commercials are total bullsnot. It's a bait and switch. I saw recently where they say "online only"...sorry, if I'm not standing there when they build the sandwich, they will not make it in the intentional layering I want. They just slap these things together to begin with...I want to see it being made, even during COVID.

I gave this place another chance and shouldn’t have. The tea was sour, the staff is unprofessional, and they start adding extra stuff to your sub without even asking, just a weird experience in general.

The worst Subway I've ever been to.They're always rude and very stingy with ingredients. They never put anywhere enough meat or toppings, and they don't take any coupons. The staff are very unhelpful and usually seem to be angered by anyone's presence.

Meh. They're stingy with toppings here. I have had an employee Knod-off while making my sub at this establishment in the past. Im too lazy to drive further, so I occasionally order here.

It's a quick serve sandwich shop, no lobster or filet there. Product appears fresh, restaurant is clean not spotless but adequate. Food is good. Prices are insane, but the same is true for every diner, restaurant everywhere you go. The only issue/problem for me is Bad Karma. There is a problem. Not sure of the reason or cause. It is not isolated to just one location they all suffer from disgruntled employee/employer. There is a tension you could cut with a knife. Is it listed as a requirement on their help wanted advertising? These are normal people, you have seen or met at PTA, the market, church, bars. They are your neighbors. Put Subway shirt or apron on them and it feels like the Wizard of Oz movie when the witch pedals across the screen and says, "I'll get you, my pretty, and your little dog, too!" Its not just the staff the owners, managers and even occasional customers display their moods. Tips for dining or picking up at Subway?? Do not greet employees in a friendly manner, do not make eye contact" pretend you understand what they mumbled, this is the first stop on your trip down the yellow brick rd. Avoid any sign that you like life. Your final hurdle is the tip jar, it is clearly labeled with a post-it note taped on it to make sure you know the money is divided equally between all of the staff! Average 4 staff on duty....20% tip, each staffer? Or 1 tip per customer?....does the owner and/or manager share in the money? Maybe that's the root of the disgruntled employees!! Try it, you decide!

Desperately needs new management. It is obvious from the signs and the state of the store that the owner has given up on this place. You go in 2 hours before close and they don't have anything out because they're already closing up. They don't take any of subways deals. If you don't want to run a subway, don't, but please don't make it our problem.

OverPriced!!! Very little meat on the sandwich, the bread was NOT. Fresh, the man who made my sandwich put very little of each vegetable on it, and the same with the sauce, I had to ask for more onions and tomatoes, then he told me any more would cost extra, I got a 12 inch regular steak and cheese meal (chips and drink), and an order of 3 cookies, and paid $20, and the food tasted bad, this is by far the WORST Subway I have ever been to.Vegetarian options: Subway has vegetarian optionsWheelchair accessibility: Has Wheelchair Accessibility

Very nice lady working here, very good food and we were allowed to use the restroom! Seems like noone in this area would even let you use a restroom with 2 kiddos. Thumbs up to employees here.

The worst subway. It stinks, no employees are nice, and the food tastes like the awful smell in the building. Please don't waste your money here.
