I went there and they took my order and when I got to the window there was a kid that was running the drive thru and taking cash from people and the child couldn't be more then 10 years old so it wasn't good service at all and the Manger didn't even care so something needs to happen bc this ain't the only time I seen it

I went through the drive through and got home only to find part of my order was missing. The manager acted as if it was my fault and gave me a hard time when I asked for my whole order to be remade. She is a horrible person. I will be following up with the ownership.

I have never seen a taco bell that isn't open when they have it posted that they are open its ridiculous supposed to be open at 9 and still not open even with people working inside do better

OK taco bell. Service was average prices are still a lil higher than need be.
Food was good as expected and the service was good. Went thru drive thru and pre-ordered on app. Everything was great except on the app there is no where to order sweet tea. You can get unsweetened tea but not sweet tea. Would order more often if that was an option.

Every time I come here the morning shift I guess manager is rude and acts like a customer coming through is a huge inconvenience. And they open at 9 when most all other locations open at 7 so when you go through the drive through at 8 am you get in a nasty tone “ uh we aren’t open yet”. Won’t be coming here anymore they also never listen to your order and if you pay to add extra it’s never added on.

Cashier Darius greeted my daughter and I with a smile, and attempted to assist us; however, the manager rudely shot down any attempt to create the meal we were inquiring about (Build Your Own Cravings Box- online order through the Taco Bell that rarely ever works). I explained that we had three Taco Bell app rewards but no access to them due to the app not competing payment options (the uh-oh cloud pops up numerous times).Dining room: Atmosphere is cold as well as the temperature, with only one customer seated in dining room.We sat in our vehicle to eat since it was so uncomfortably cold inside. The manager (obese caucasian female) came outside to smoke her cigarette in front of the customer entrance, with a look of sheer disinterest on her face.Other than Darius's warm greeting, the customer service was as cold as the dining room. The customer service experience determines if the customer returns, and I've had too many cold experiences at Taco Bell #039751!Recommendations: leadership/management training, customer service development training and maybe even a fresh start in staffing to save the company!
Dietary restrictions: Meat allergy, swap with beans for a tasty filler!Fresco (diced tomatoes) takes the diary from the meal!
