I pulled up, in my car, to purchase a pizza to go. I entered the store and placed my order. I told the order taker I was waiting in my car and just wave at me when my pizza was ready. She, the order taker, told me not to worry, it would be brought out to my car. I waited over a half an hour with no pizza brought out to me. I was the only one in the parking lot. The "manager" Natlie needs to be taught how to speak to customers. VERY unprofessional. Placed an order online, 5 min to the hour my husband calls to find out what's going on, sat on hold for 9 and half minutes the first time. According to the tracker it was being "checked over". Natalie stated "well that thing is wrong it hasn't even been made yet, you can't fully go on that." REALLY? Then stated it would be 2 hours before it was delivered because they were behind.
