Updated review 12/25: After over a year of being a regular, I have noticed some improvement, but only when experienced staff are on shift. The long-time employees consistently make drinks correctly and understand what they should taste like. When new or rotating staff are working, drink quality drops noticeably. If anything can be taken from this, it is that proper training and retention matter. Added one star for improvement ⭐️
Updated review 6/2025: too much staff turnover, rude staff with attitudes when you ask them politely to remake the drink. I’ve attached a photo of an expresso drink. The one on the right was practically milk. Remade it to the correct version. Practically happens every time. This place is very convenient- but if you order anything other than an iced coffee- your order will be wrong. Long wait times as well.
The staff is friendly, but the service is inconsistent, mainly due to inexperience. Coffee quality varies—sometimes burnt, other times watered down. Order accuracy is a recurring issue, even with mobile orders, where miscommunication shouldn’t be a factor. Missing items and incorrect orders happen too often.
On 2/15 at 8:15 AM, they were already out of hot coffee—only cold brew was available. That’s unacceptable for a morning rush.

It is unfortunate that this is the only local drive through coffee shop near us. We come here for the ease and convenience as they are right outside the call in gate. But you have to make sure you double check every item every time. We recently went though the drive through, I ordered a breakfast wrap while my wife got a sandwich and hot chocolate. Not only was her hot chocolate just watered down coco mix, I never received the wrap we paid for. If it wasn’t for the fact I had to get to a meeting, I would have gone back through the line, but it takes 20 minutes just to get to the window. Very disappointed with this location and will not be returning anytime soon.

Dunkin’ really just be hiring anyone. Person who took my order was rude. I pull up to the window and he tells me my total and I try to give him my card to pay and he just starts stacking straws while
My hand was getting tired. Then he takes it and hand my drink whole time he’s not smiling just acting like he hates his job. He gives me my drink and he says have a good day but not even being able to fake that he enjoys his job. Is not my fault you have a bad job you choose to work there. Don’t take out on customers because we’re the reason why you’re getting paid to do your job. But this Dunkin is going down hill every year.

They were quicker than usual and were friendly and cordial. My only complaint is that our drinks tasted burnt and no sugar was added. Our drinks were so bitter and mostly ice. My sandwich was fine but this was not a good start to the morning.

The worst Duncan donuts. Waited 30 minutes in line to get wrong order and items that were correct: burnt bagel and croissant, undercooked eggs.

I waited 41... FORTY ONE.. minutes after placing my order to get my food and coffee. With two screaming/crying kids in the car. Just ridiculous. There's only 1 out of maybe 5 times I come to this location and they even get my order right or have in stock what I ordered.

This Dunkin is horrible. I will not be going to this location after my most recent experience, the staff are rude and they take forever. This location seriously needs new management.

This is easily the WORST Dunkin and customer experience I have ever experienced. Just to get a simple latte is a task and a half for the staff here. I stopped by this location 2 months ago for a latte and it took 20 minutes…. I was the only customer there. And the order was WRONG.
I tried to go another time and walk into the store to place a coffee order. The door was locked and the staff looked at me like I had 8 heads. They did not come to the door or tell me if I needed to go through drive thru they just stared at me. It was also only 4 o’clock in the afternoon. I decided just to leave. Today I decided to give this establishment one last chance and thought I’d do an online order in hopes of them not messing up the order. Upon arrival the food was not ready, and I had to remind the staff what all was in my order as they kept forgetting. It’s not even like they were busy either! Not to mention the staff is unpleasant.
Needless to say this location needs new management, new staff, or needs to be closed permanently.

Really great service. I need 200 munchkins at the last minute so I called ahead. They are very nice, nice sigh, deep breath and she was happy to take the order.
