Today was my last trip ever to this Subway on Turkeysag Trail. I said that the last 10 times I've been there. It's convenient and close to home. Food is great. However the app doesn't work and the the employees told me it's not their fault. I know they probably didn't write the app but I think they're responsible for it's failure because the business failed me. Situation: I was parked in the lot outside their front door. I ordered on the app a Protein Bowl. Chose Curbside Pickup. It processed my payment and emailed & texted me receipts. I provided car type and color. It said Pickup be ready at 4:50 pm. It was 4:20 pm and a stones throw away. There was a green button on the app saying I'm Here. I drove up to curb in front of their door. Through the window I could see 2 workers and no one else. On the rack at the end if the counter I saw a Protein Bowl. This is 5 minutes after I called. I'm betting that's my order. I immediately tap the green I'm Here button. The app goes into working mode, I call it, and then a message comes up, saying - your order is not ready. Please let us know when your 5 minutes away. We'll I'm here..no 5 minutes. The green button returns. I tap it again and receive same message about 5 minutes. I repeat this about 10 angry times. Still no one in the store. It's now 4:40 pm. I get out of my car and walk 10 feet to their door. I Crack it open and ask "Is that my Protein Bowl on the rack"? He looks at it and said yes it has your name on it. I went all the way in and told him I was tapping the app I'm Here green button like crazy in my car. He said they never received anything on there machine that we were here. I said the app is not working. He said it's not their fault. I tried to explain to him and his helper that the app needs to b fixed. They said it's not their problem. Good service would have been, in this situation, to apologize to me and say they will definitely pass it on to the owner that the app is malfunctioning. All they could say was it wasn't their fault. When we were leaving the parking lot i noticed the clock in the car said 4:50 pm.
Pickup time. This is not the 1st time this app has been a problem for me.

A month ago I ordered the same Protein Bowl on the app. It was in a bag. An elderly lady brought it to my car. I asked her was that my Protein Bowl and she said yes it was. When I got home inside the bag was a foot long sub cut in half. It's was my order but a sub not a bowl. I called back and spoke to the owner. He said bring it back for a bowl. I said no thanks since I was 30 minutes away and hungry. I told him I asked the lady who brought it to my car - was it my P Bowl and she said yes. He said she's 77 and helping out today. I asked him does she know English. He said 'a little'. Obviously she didn't know what I was asking. She should have somehow let me know she doesn't speak English. I would have then opened the bag and looked in.

These reviews go back years and the same bad issues are repeated over and over. The 1 star line is almost as long as the 5 star line.

The girl was extremely rude. I was simply trying to make sure I used the right name for my order because I thought I had used the wrong one and she was just extremely rude. When I was trying to explain what I was doing she just kept telling me to sit down and even pulled the other order on the shelf that I was looking at. It really upset me I don’t know why she felt the need to have an attitude. Guess she was just stressed either way, I used to work at subway and I know how it feels. I didn’t treat anyone like that. Sucks just makes me sad really the entire interaction.

We have ordered online from this location twice in the last week. We found the sandwiches to be as ordered and excellent. When we picked up our subs, the young lady behind the counter was extremely polite and helpful. Each sandwich was labeled so we didn't have to guess. That's important when we order several at one time. I wish all Subways followed this model.

Overcharged me yesterday by $8. I bought a footlong veggie & a steak n chz wrap, both meal deals. I paid almost $26. When I got home I checked the total on my app and it should have been just over $18. Stop ripping your customers off! We’re all you got! Won’t be back, ever

This Subway has been significantly upgraded .. looks fresh inside and bright. The new sandwiches are also a lot more creative and seem fresher than the previous menu. Manager has been there many years .. kind and efficient service. Will go back after not going for several years.

There is no way I will visit this Subway again! Over and over I have experienced terrible customer service here. Tonight was it for me though. Walked in and there were three workers, only one was making subs and the other two were just screwing around. Noone greeted me or even asked what I wanted. I just stood there waiting for a solid 5 minutes before someone came over and stood in front of me and looked confused. And he still did not ask what I wanted! I had to say "can I please get a sub?" While that guy was making my sub I heard the other guys using profanity multiple times and watched one wipe his nose with his hand and then go back to making someone elses order. Seriously disgusted! I've always disliked this Subway because the owner won't allow use of coupons at this store, but I would still go because my kids like Subway subs. Not anymore!! I have just been disappointed one too many times regarding the way they exhibit customer care!!

Ordered two subs tonight online. We picked it up and when we got home we realized that the toppings were switched to the opposite sub, both subs were not toasted like we requested and although the toppings were switched they didn't add any oil, vinegar, seasonings on the one sub as requested. Oddly they added parmesan which was not requested. I mean all you have to do is follow the order as listed online. Seems like it should be pretty easy..

I must say I was a part of the renovation of this subway location and I have to say after going in and seeing first hand how nasty this location was kept up I would recommend that no one should ever eat at this location nor the one at Zions crossroads nor the one in ruckersville VA the employees seems like cleanliness is not a top priority. I worked along sid the owner (SiD) himself and when I mentioned the condition of his stores his attitude was like I don't care...all he cares about was selling subs...and that's the truth..I advise anyone who eats at these locations listed to rethink your subway of choice believe me this franchise owner does not care about his stores sanitary condition nor about you.. Jersey Mike's hands down

3 times now I have wanted a subway sandwich when leaving Food Lion but the front sidewalk is a smoking lounge for their employees I refuse to walk thru the smoke and now the employees both smell like smoke and there personal cleanliness is questionable Ive even seen half smoked cigarettes left on the first table ready for their next break...YUCK!

The roasted chicken is barely more than congealed chicken fat. The bread was so mangled while being made, flatware had to be used to eat the "sandwich". Do not recommend

EDIT. THE OWNER KEEPS ALL TIPS THAT ARE PROCESSED ON THE CARD READER. Please tip in CASH.They were understaffed and overwhelmed the day I went. They said there would be a wait, no biggie. Michael was so kind, ya’ll have an amazing employee in that young man. Bless him for working 10xs harder to keep up with demand, and for dealing with the “Karen” that ordered after me.

I have never had this bad of customer service in my entire life. Rude, annoyed , eye rolls, raised there voices and the lady behind me for asking a question. One girl was young with blue hair, the other was older with dark hair that was a blue-green at the ends. I’m absolutely shocked at how these “employees “ treated everyone. Loudly yelling “I can’t wait till 4 o’clock! “ I’m in the restaurant industry so I know good and bad customer service. This is by far the worst I’ve ever experienced.
