For the Price the Pizza lacks ingredients i.e. very little amounts of anything!

We've been getting pizza here for years. Unfortunately under new management the pizza isn't good anymore. The cheese is not good and the pizza is dry. I'm so disappointed.

The pizza was pretty good, but they served frozen tiramisu which was awful. We didn't have time to wait for it to thaw and shouldn't have been served a solid frozen block in the first place. The server was also very inattentive and never offered refills. Probably best to order and take it to-go to give dessert time to thaw.

I hadn't ordered in a while and I was shocked at how much the food quality has tanked. Pizza was dry and flavorless. Italian sub was not good, and it used to be my favorite. The Mediterranean salad was still good and the only reason i gave 3 stars, instead of one. This place used to have fantastic food. Please go back to Walter and Allison's recipes!

Cute restaurant. The price wasn't too bad! Got the baked Ziti and the garlic knots.

What happened?? X-Large pizzas gone, large is the same price as x-large, there was barely any sauce so dry and hard to chew. I know there are new owners, and they cleaned up a bit (wasn't bad before...), but now a new crust which is thick and dry, smaller pizzas, prices up. $75 for 3 pizzas that needed to have sauce added, fewer goodies on top. SOOOOO sorry to see this happen as it used to be our go-to place for pizza. Those days are over now. We will miss you, Villa Nova.... truly.

Villa nova used to be great, actual NY style pizza, amazing garlic knots and sandwiches. Under the first ownership change during the pandemic a few things slipped but overall it was still good.
Now with the new owners the prices have increased and food quality is in the dumps. Garlic knots are now just tasteless little bites of bread. They removed the XL pizza from the menu which was the closest to a real NY pizza and now charge that price for a Large (which is smaller). When you look at their pricing a cheese pizza is 18.95 but a build your own starts at 19.95 before any toppings? Pizza was lukewarm when picking it up 25min after ordering, makes you believe they are remaking these and keeping the “warm”.
The quality of the Sub sandwiches has also “sunk” . The chicken parm should just be sold as sauce and cheese with a hint of chicken.
This used to be the best round pizza near Lake Monticello, now you’re better off buying Digiorno, you’ll get more for your money and will taste better.
The only positive is that the crust is good.
Large 16” Pepperoni pizza and half an order of garlic knots $27.33.
Unfortunately will not return.

My burger was Extremely dry and had so many half cooked "grilled" onions there was no other flavor. The onions also had so much black pepper on them they could've passed for dalmatian slices. The fries were greasy (the soggy kind, not the normal grease expected). I ordered a side salad and it was all fancy Lettuce (iceberg would have been amazing) with a touch of spinach, tomato, carrots Slice pieces, and WHAT HAVE PASSED AS A WHOLE SLICED RED ONION!!!! the ranch was runny (like straight milk) and tasted like someone used a container holding ranch to stir buttermilk around in.
Almost $30 for double smash burger and side salad. I trashed it after picking through what I could eat. So disappointed.

Food was delicious. Service not great, maybe under staffed. We waited for her to take our order, waited on refills, waited to be checked on to get to go boxes. Waited again for our check. They got our appetizers order wrong so we waited, and then they came out with the meal. Next time maybe just order to go.

Pizza was amazing me and my family enjoyed our visit. I would recommend this place to anyone who hasn't been yet, To go check it out.
Vegetarian options: The veggie pizza is great. ME an my family love it. WE do add sausage to it to balance out a healthy pizza with adding protein. It's very good.

We were told our order would be ready in 30 to o 35 minutes. We got here and we're told they were running behind. We had to sit for 15 minutes to wait for our pizza. Service could be much, much better!!

This place had great pizza back in the day. Something changed a few years ago. It’s ok at best.
Ordered a pepperoni pizza and got half pepperoni? Kinda lame but it is what it is lol.

I love swinging by and getting 2 slices of pizza for lunch. They are large slices and taste wonderful. Only thing I will say is that you can order the same thing on different days and it will be slightly different depending on who is working.

We got lunch here the other day. Crust was enormous. Toppings were only in the center of the pizza (never seen that before). Top of pizza was undercooked. Bottom was burnt. Maybe it was a fluke? Maybe its difficult to find help? But for a 30$ pizza I expected better!
