READ THIS ENTIRE REVIEW AND REBUTTAL BEFORE CONSIDERING THE OWNER’S TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL RESPONSE!!! Ordered online (40 min wait until stated time for pickup). Went to restaurant and had to wait another hour for the food. The spaghetti was ready but not the meatball sandwich. Have no idea why it takes so long to make a meatball sandwich. Ridiculous. No discount or anything. Never again.Wow. Read the response from the owner below. Yes, a refund was offered if we didn’t want food! No pay, no food does not equal a refund! No one said anything about the oven, and no, my husband did not go right after the order was placed. The response alone speaks volumes about this establishment. Enough said.

I am disabled and have a difficult time going in to pick up a take out order and they always very graciously bring it to my car to me. I in return always give at least a 20% tip in appreciation of their work and their help to me. Besides that the food is always delicious! It’s great having such a great restaurant outside of larger vivace. Keep up the good work Villa Nova’s!! Thanks!

TL/DR: Food is good but was really slow and came with a side of attitude that I didn't order. Full disclosure, I was not charged for the attitude.Ordered take-out online. My order was supposed to be ready at 6:22, i arrived at 6:18. When I arrived the pasta and garlic knots were already done but the pizza's weren't even in the oven yet. The cashier very helpfully reminded me that the order wasn't supposed to be ready until 6:22, but they needed 10 more minutes for the pizza. My bad for arriving 4 minutes early. So, I left and came back at 6:35. Pizza's still in the oven. Pizza finally ready at 6:45. 100% certain the pasta and garlic knots will be cold when I get home.

Ya know it is good Italian food when you find large chunks of tomato in your pasta sauce. I usually get their pizza but I tried their chicken parm this time. I usually struggle finding a place with a good chicken parm as the sauce is sometimes too watery or the chicken and noodles are overcooked. Villa Novas chicken parm 8/10.I also tried their spinach artichoke dip and this dip was legit. Not the half frozen stuff you get from the grocery store. It had chunks of artichoke hearts. Absolutely delicious.
