Stephen is the consummate professional and my wife's favorite Somm. She can describe her mood or some ingredients and he always has the perfect match. The food is always spectacular but just watching the service on a beautiful outside table is stunning. Can't wait to return!
Ashby Inn is a lovely restaurant in historic and beautiful Paris, VA and a perfect place for special occasions. The food, atmosphere and service are wonderful. We'll certainly be back!
My wife and I had a superb dining experience here recently. The restaurant was meticulously careful with my wife's food allergies, and there were many options for her (her allergies are celiac and all nuts). Every course was presented beautifully and was very tasty, and the portion sizes were just right. The pacing was perfect, and our waiter (Kyle) was knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful. I can't recommend this place enough, we can't wait to come back.
