Alright so, I was at McDonalds earlier today at 4pm cuz I was working on a paper, and I met the manager on shift, James, and he was phenomenal, I had gotten a large mocha frappe, and I had to wait awhile but yk, short staffed, people in the drive thru, I get it, had nowhere to be so I told him to take his time. So I go up there after about 20-30ish minutes and he comes up to me and asks me what I was waitin for, and he’s all chill about it, I tell him I had an extra shot of espresso and he’s told me I had to wait for it to get cleaned but I weren’t mad. He communicated and all that, he provided very very great customer service, definitely going back for that brotha. Remember now, James a great manager, very much should be an inspiration for any other managers.

Ordered through the app and when we got there the worker asked to see the order on my phone. They then proceeded to hit cancel on my phone to cancel my order. We went somewhere else because that is such crazy behavior.

Our order was wrong. The lady working the drive through was so nice and made sure we we watched the screen and that she was getting everything right, and she did. But whoever makes the food completely didn't pay attention to the order screen because they put everything on chicken sandwiches which where suppose to be plain with only cheese.

Its a absolutely disgrace. Waited 27 min for 2 Mc doubles. Go in and ask what happened? They all looked like they were oblivious of my order. Looks like the manager and staff is under developed. Then they told thw cashier to tell everyone behind us to stop taking orders. Thats crazy.

Took nearly 10 minutes just to get an iced coffee, i even saw on the screen that i was the only order in queue but some of the staff members were just trying to look busy sweeping floors for no reason instead of working on my order…
After ordering the iced coffee at the screen, i was literally just standing by the counter for 10 minutes and wasn’t really acknowledged by any of the staff. Also the receipt printer was jammed so i couldn’t get my receipt.
Only reason they’re getting 2 stars is because the caramel iced coffee tasted great and the lady who looked like the manager seemed sorry that I was waiting there. But still, kind of an unusual experience for a McDonalds.
