Apparently someone called off and the manager on duty is literally screaming about being screwed. She's also telling someone else to call the girl that called off, and tell her, "per me...thanks for screwing me". Maybe her attitude is what makes people call off. It's not someone else's responsibility to call someone for you...wow. I ordered at 1:00pm, it's 1:18pm, she's still going on about it. I get it, it's McDonald's, but stop. Show some professionalism.

I went thru the drive thru and they were friendly and polite. The food was very good.
Wouldn't answer the phone. So I had to drive all the way back up there to get my food correct. No apologies or conversation. (Zero customer service) brought me 2 burgers. No bag. Just the paper around it. Not the first time this has happened. I will never come back!!!

Absolutely zero customer service. Bunch of teenagers with zero guidance or structure. Pretty sure they have no idea about safe food handling procedures. I would suggest a bread sandwich before eating there. And the problem is, nobody in that building would care! If you happen to go there, check your order completely before putting it anywhere near your mouth! If you do happen to have a problem, don't bother calling the store. They wont answer no matter what time you call.
