I don't like writing bad reviews. I very much want to enjoy the food. The cheesesteak I got here was awful. It was warm and the bread was decent....but the meat was some sort of highly processed uniform crap that I've never seen before. Probably wasn't more than 4 ounces that came on the sandwich. It was an embarrassing looking sandwich for the price paid. Queen's cheesesteak isn't by any means top shelf....but it completely blows this monstrosity out of the water.

Called to get a delivery and was told they stopped delivering 2.5 hours early with no reason why at all then when my wife said we'll just pick the order up the uy got hateful sounds like layed the phone on the counter then hung up on us. Used to really like this place but its increasingly going downhill. It doesn't matter how good or bad the food is if ur customer service is bad your bad bussiness.

There’s a reason they don’t post prices of the food on the menu board. 2 large Stromboli’s (1 steak 1 mega meat) 2 mediums strombolis (1 steak one mega meat) and 1 pizza roll plus 5 drinks. $110
Definitely not worth the price, service was eh and nothing special about the food.
I had been hiking the A/T and arrived at the trail head just before sun set, exhausted and hungry i set up my tent and decided to see if anyone would deliver pizza. Much to my delight Pizza Plus would and did deliver. The food was delicious and arrived in a timely manner with a friendly demeanor.

This Pearisburg location is the worst restaurant in the area. I’ve had multiple outrageous problems here in regard to service. I no longer even attempt to eat from this place. The Rich Creek location is very good though.
