Called to get a delivery and was told they stopped delivering 2.5 hours early with no reason why at all then when my wife said we'll just pick the order up the uy got hateful sounds like layed the phone on the counter then hung up on us. Used to really like this place but its increasingly going downhill. It doesn't matter how good or bad the food is if ur customer service is bad your bad bussiness.

There’s a reason they don’t post prices of the food on the menu board. 2 large Stromboli’s (1 steak 1 mega meat) 2 mediums strombolis (1 steak one mega meat) and 1 pizza roll plus 5 drinks. $110
Definitely not worth the price, service was eh and nothing special about the food.

I had been hiking the A/T and arrived at the trail head just before sun set, exhausted and hungry i set up my tent and decided to see if anyone would deliver pizza. Much to my delight Pizza Plus would and did deliver. The food was delicious and arrived in a timely manner with a friendly demeanor.

This Pearisburg location is the worst restaurant in the area. I’ve had multiple outrageous problems here in regard to service. I no longer even attempt to eat from this place. The Rich Creek location is very good though.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I had never eaten from here before now. And I'm certain I will never eat anything from here again. When we first arrived we sat at the drive thru window for over 10 min before I got upset enough to go in. When I went in it was 6 employees and only one table of customers. So there was absolutely no reason to let us sit in the drive thru so long waiting for service. .. but even though i went in, i still stood at the counter waiting for service for over 10 min while the staff litterally did nothing but ignore that they had a customer. Before i had arrived I pre-ordered a simple medium Pepperoni Pizza over the phone so we wouldn't have to wait for food. and they gave me a cheese pizza instead. When I let them know my order was wrong. The manager trainee argued with me about it, trying to make me accept the cheese pizza they gave me instead of making what I ordered and payed for. When we did finally receive our order another 20 min later. It wasn't even warm. The dough was like chewing cardboard and there was no sauce on the pizza. I mean they didn't even cut the pizza properly. We got slices that were anywhere between half an inch wide to 6 inches wide. This is the absolute worst place to order food. This place needs new staff that isn't strung out on drugs or just shut it down before the food makes someone sick.

The customer service here is awful. They mess up at least one thing on every order. Tonight I ordered a buffalo chicken pizza that came with no buffalo sauce. When I called to let them know the lady who I spoke to said the buffalo chicken pizza doesn’t come with buffalo sauce…… like really. Learn your menu. Was not offered any compensation other than remaking the pizza. Horrible customer service.
