I ❤️ Sugar & Flour so much and it's one of my favorite places to eat and grab something to drink in the area. The meals and bakery items are always delicious and everyone working there is so friendly and amazing! There are new specialty menu items on a regular basis so stopping in once a week you can find something that you haven't tried before and I can say I've never had anything I didn't fully enjoy. The coffees and teas are always on point with many seasonal selections available. If you're looking for something that's warm and welcoming then let this be your stop for great food and people. What an adorable and welcoming coffee shop. Stopped in as a stranger just passing through and so glad that I did. The coffee and cookies were amazing. My only regret is that I couldn't stay and sit on the comfy furniture. Oh, and the men's room sink is beautiful!

What a wonderful local find. Great coffee and tasty breakfast treats. We stayed a while to finish some work on our laptops, and the shop transitioned to lunch time sandwiches which looked equally delicious. We’ll plan to stop by for lunch next time.

I love the coffee from here better than most coffee shops. Flavored coffees here don't seem like giant sugar bombs that you usually get elsewhere. Also, food is really good, but remember, it's not fast food, so it can take a few minutes, but honestly, it's worth the wait, which wasn't that long.

One of my favorite places to go! They have amazing breakfast and great lunches. They have a call ahead feature if you're in a rush and can get you in and out timely. 100% recommend if you're in or coming through
This place was so cute and the people are so sweet and friendly! The food was delicious and you can tell they make it with love and intention. Now, their cookies….oh my goodness. They are absolute cookie perfection in every way. I wasn’t expecting that! Such a lovely little spot!

Very good coffee shop,atmosphere was so cute and very nice workers. The flavors were delicious however they were not traditional lattes,iced lattes were more of an americano with cold foam. Would recommend switching to traditional lattes or renaming the americanos something else but overall pretty good coffee

I had wanted to try this coffee shop out for months and just got the opportunity yesterday. Beautiful on the inside with plenty of seating. Lots of choices for food. Prices were very reasonable in my opinion. A 20 Oz cold brew with all the extras for $5? I was in shock. Other cafes need to take notes. My only complaint is that I live an hour away and am usually not off work when they're open.
