I asked for a custom latte since I had a craving and they were more than happy to oblige me. The coffee was good, the baked goods were good and the atmosphere was nice. It’s child friendly too, which doesn’t matter much to me now that I don’t have young children but I appreciate those spaces being available to parents with young ones.
I’ll definitely be stopping by again when I’m near town

SO GOOD! I visited here for the first time today, and I must say, I will be back OFTEN!!! As a coffee lover, this Cold brew caramel deluxe was OVER THE MOON, TASTEBUD BLESSING, WILL MAKE YOU WANT MORE, DELICIOUS!!!!! The service was awesome and fast! The cashier was so polite!

We were passing through on a trip to The Greenbrier and stopped at Sugar and Flour in Pearisburg for a coffee and tea. What a place! Everything is fresh! Great coffee and panini, wraps, and other sandwiches! The owner was so sweet and you can't beat this small town unique cafe. We stopped back on our way home and it did not disappoint !! Great choc chip scones! Do stop at Sugar and Flour. You will love it!

If I could give them 10 stars I would! Legit, the most kind employees I have ever experienced! My husband and I are regulars since we moved this way. He comes every morning for his dirty frozen coffee, and we treat ourselves every Saturday for breakfast 🩷🥞 GET the pancakes! I could go on and on about how cute it is inside, and how much they really care for their customers. The food is actually good too! If your second guess it just go! 🩷🩷🩷🍬 & 🍞

What a fantastic spot. As a regular tea drinker their vanilla chai tea was absolutely on point. Bacon, egg and gouda croissant so good, everything pipping hot. Amazing service, and efficient in turning orders out really quickly. Will be coming back when in the area for sure and recommending to visiting guests for a great little spot. Beautiful Christmas decorations as well, what a gem of a place.

I ❤️ Sugar & Flour so much and it's one of my favorite places to eat and grab something to drink in the area. The meals and bakery items are always delicious and everyone working there is so friendly and amazing! There are new specialty menu items on a regular basis so stopping in once a week you can find something that you haven't tried before and I can say I've never had anything I didn't fully enjoy. The coffees and teas are always on point with many seasonal selections available. If you're looking for something that's warm and welcoming then let this be your stop for great food and people.
