This is the WORST Wendy's in the universe!! They almost NEVER get your order right and they are not friendly at all! The latest issue was this evening when my husband ordered two taco salads and did not get the chips, salsa, or sour cream! Additionally, the lettuce was not fresh at all and there were maybe three small pieces of tomato in it. It's so frustrating to drive all the way to Pembroke and not have what you paid for! Wendy's redeemed themselves with the Dreamsicle Frosty, however, they are out of them at this location more than they have them. We stop going for awhile, decide to go back and give them another chance and they almost always disappoint. Surely, there is a manager somewhere that cares about the reputation of this facility????

Here it says open till 11pm but guess what. They closed an hour early. I went there a little before 10pm and i waited at the drive through for a couple minutes and i got no response. I was so excited to get a frosty too.

Someone obviously hates their job and isn't concerned about the reputation of the company. I find it sad u would rather use the time to mess up orders and not just go find a job u like. I drove 20 min to pick my order up and 20 min back home. I should of checked but I had a kid who was not very happy so that was out of the question. I spent 30 some dollars and the only thing from the order that wasn't trashed was the baked potato. I had 2 Jr bacon and neither had bacon. 2 Jr bacon, no bacon!! Another burger had every single thing I requested to be left off on the burger! How does that even happen to mess up a single person's order so badly?

They are always out of something like cheese Sauce or Baked potatoes I have lived in this town for 3 years now out of like 15 orders only 1 has been good Or even close to other Wendy standards. And I used to work at a Wendy. Managers need to do a better job ordering and supplying. Last time staff were extremely rude. To a lady with speech impediment at the pay window. It broke my heart for her. I really think corporate needs to come in and do a review of this store
