I left my purse outside a few nights ago and Bryant was able to get it back to me!! Super helpful staff and amazing people overall. I recommend going here! Cleanliness is also spectacular!
The ice cream is always delicious! My only complaint is that it's not very clean in the sitting area. Tables and chairs and benches need to be wiped down. Melted ice cream on them
The store was dirty... everything was scuffed up. The walls were disgusting. The floors were not clean. The ice-cream was sub par and the girl scopping ice-cream didn't even fill the cones enough for ice-cream to get down to the bottoms of the cone. Bone dry more than halfway through. There are far better and far cleaner places to get ice-cream.
The waffle cones are the best I've ever had. The ice cream is flawless, the portions are huge and the staff is incredibly friendly.
Small, hidden gem
We came here for homemade ice cream tonight, after being disappointed by last night's experience at Kline's. What a difference!! Tots ice cream is actually frozen, has a variety of typical and atypical flavors, and the serving size is tremendous! Prices are also reasonable.
We came within the past week. We typically love tots. I brought my newborn baby, my parents and 2 older children. I’ve never been to a more filthy establishment ever. I didn’t want to sit my diaper bag down or anything. The seats, benches, walls and floors were gross. Only the table tops had been cleaned. There was one employee and we were the only people there. When she was done helping us she played on her phone. There was plenty of down time to be cleaning. I don’t think we will be back.
Best flavours around! From the staff to the owner, they’re all great people! I can take my family of five for a LARGE ice cream and it only costs around $20. If you’ve never been here you’re missing out.
No vegan Ice cream, all dairy

Ice cream is excellent. Waffle cones are really good. Hot fudge isn’t worth it, which is common. Would definitely come back for the brownie batter ice cream. The Caramel Fudge ice cream is actually caramel ice cream. It’s awesome.

Friendly service and great ice cream. The best vacation ice cream in the history of vacations!
Tot's deserves a 10 out of 5 star review. This is one the best ice cream places between Lake Lure, NC and Ltitz, PA. Definitely the best ice cream shop in the Harrisonburg region. The flavors are great, there is a lot "stuff" in every spoonful and ice cream is served at the correct temperature of being hard ice cream edible using a plastic fork. The staff is great and the owner is very personable. I also make homemade ice cream and know of what I speak. Just check what your grocery stores are passing off on you, mostly frozen dairy desserts, not ice cream. The prices and serving sizes cannot be beat. Very affordable and you do not go away dissatisfied. This has to be the place ice cream shoppe in the Shenandoah Valley!
