Your Pie Pizza

I think their sandwiches are great, very flavorful and worth the price but not the chicken wings. For nearly $2 per half wing they are the tiniest I've seen. They are cooked well and tasty but needed to cost less or get a better chicken supplier.

This is my first time ever leaving a google review but I will never come back to this place. I waited almost an hour and a half for my order that I called in for pickup. Ridiculous

We visit Your Pie often. The pizza is excellent, and we like the relatively simple menu. Staff is typically very nice and helpful. There are a couple of areas of improvement I can see:

First, ordering. Every time we walk in and approach the service area, I feel like the staff and customers end up in some kind of stand-off, wondering who's going to speak first. We never know if we're just supposed to tell someone what we want, or only the pizza sizes, or what. Often we have to repeat our order 2 or 3 times to different people. I'd suggest having one, consistent method of taking orders and having that person be the one to coordinate it with everyone else including the cashier.

Second, the rewards program. It rarely seems to be working exactly right. I just tried to use some rewards via the app, and after adding the rewards, entering payment, and hitting Submit Order, I got an error that the rewards I selected weren't valid. There seemed to be no apparent reason, and no further detail was given. I've even seen the cashiers struggle to correctly apply rewards at the register and get frustrated. I love that there's a rewards program because the food is a little more upscale in price than other locations... but I really wish it worked better.

Service is horrible. I asked for no ranch, but I came out with ranch. We watched them take our pizza to the wrong table and set it down. The kid at the table put his hands on the pizza they picked it up, and brought it to us. Wow

It was my first time at Your Pie, it was a great experience. I ordered a 14-inch pizza with 4 items, and every bite was enjoyable. I really wish my brother would have told me about Your Pie when i moved down to Virginia last fall he was keeping your pie a secret lol. The staff was great, the dining area was very clean, and the pizza was perfect. I ordered pizza for a pickup, but next time, I am going to stick around and have a meal there. I was very impressed.

Your Pie??? More like Catfish Pie!!! The staff here is awesome and fast!! But I 100% got catfished. The google info on menu items is 3 years out of date.. It is mostly my fault for not being from around here and not knowing it was a chain… like a Subway… for pizza. There is no such thing as bad pizza…But still catfished.

Bland! Sauce, what there was, was bland, tasteless. Absolutely disgusting. Frozen pizza is better. Also cooking til the cheese melts may be something to try. Overpriced and gross.

The resturant fell well below my expectation of a 4.7. I can make the same pizza at home. Multiple items were not available and not cooked. The chicken was not of good quality. I wish I would have taken a picture of the food. I would check out another place. 4 pizzas were purchased and 2 greek salads. Very disappointing!
