Disappointed in Your Pi tonight ordered two pizzas and both were so burnt and they tasted so bad and that's sad. $51 dollars wasted.

We have loved the food and the experience each time we’ve been! The friendliness of the staff is always inviting and ambience in the restaurant has been appealing. The ingredients are always fresh and the dough is cooked to perfection. Love it!

I really really want to give a 4 or 5 star review because the food is so good.

The ordering and checkout experience is super frustrating. When you first walk in, it's not at all clear what I'm supposed to tell the people behind the glass. I usually get the question "What can I get for you?" and either I'll have to repeat it 3 or 4 times to 2 or 3 different people, or the person prepping the dough says something like "Oh I only need to know sizes, you'll tell them what you want".

On our most recent visit we were met with a young cashier who seemed to get a bit of an attitude when I tried to use the app to earn rewards. He was confused why I had no rewards to apply to the purchase, and I explained that I'm just trying to earn, not use. He seemed confused, and after briefly chatting with a fellow team member he said something like "well I need to teach him how to use the app". This cashier I also had to repeat myself twice and still didn't get everything I ordered at first.

Please don't change the food! But make the ordering and checkout process more clear and consistent!!

First time here, and the staff alone made a huge impression. Watching them rotate around each other so efficiently to keep the process pumping out pies was impressive to say the least. I had to tell them so. I was so amazed by their effort. Amazing professionalism. For sure made my list of top places to visit.

The pizza tastes good, but the service is poor. There was no one else in the restaurant when we arrived. We came in with a group of 5, 3 separate orders and the 3rd order waited well over 20 minutes for their order. We came to eat together, not wait 20 minutes between each ‘order’. There was plenty of staff working but they were all very young and it was evident they had very low work ethic and no sense of urgency.
