I can't rate the atmosphere as I went through the drive through. This is the second time that I've gone through the drive through for a breakfast biscuit and gotten something from under the heat lamp. You know, hard dry cheese, stale, tough biscuit and slightly off flavor.

Husband got two sausage biscuits and they smelled bad. No way they didn't notice that. Tried to call them just to let them know so they can check on it so noone gets sick but they just kept hanging up the phone without answering.. Wish I could leave no stars.

The food we ordered that day from Hardees was the Philly Steak and Swiss Cheese Melt hamburger. It was more than great!! I LOVE Hardees!! Keep up the good work ya all!!!!? A+++ The price for the 'burger was a little bit elevated.., but I believe everything on the Hardee's Food Menu are too elevated. But, on that day, for that 'burger, I treated myself and paid the high price they ask for it!! I was smiling all the way thru the drive thru excited about eating that Philly Cheese Steak 'burger!! However, I didn't even think about the cost for just that burger alone being so outrageous and a real downer as much, with having that delicious(work-of-art) coming my way. Hardee's-- I'm Loving It!! Make me keep "Loving It" and lower the prices on that mighty scrumptous and well loved food menu of yours, please? Eating just a Hardee's Philly Cheese Steak Melt 'burger (that I love.. OMG), shouldn't cost me an arm and a leg to order it at Hardees. Hypothetically, I should be able to order my favorite burger from Hardees at any time and I still should be able to enjoy it more often because I can afford to order it more and enjoy eating it, without losing my much needed limbs(costing$$ an-arm-&-a-leg).?Just saying. Please lower the price on all of the Hardee's Food Menus in VA, so everyone here can indulge and be able to afford those work-of-art 'burgers too?

Had lunch there the other day and it was a waste of money and time. Fried were cold not palatable Husband's burger patty was way overcooked he couldn't chew it. Won't go again.
