Came through the drive-thru and the lady taking our order was laughing very loudly and when we got to the window there was a girl standing on the front line where they bag your food drinking a milk shake and taking the straw out of the cup licking it that is so unsanitary and not to mention just down right disgusting and not to mention the shift manager was right there allowing this kind of bad behavior and the burger that me and my family got was cold you won’t be getting anymore of my service

I can't rate the atmosphere as I went through the drive through. This is the second time that I've gone through the drive through for a breakfast biscuit and gotten something from under the heat lamp. You know, hard dry cheese, stale, tough biscuit and slightly off flavor.
This has to be one of the nastiest Hardee's I have every been in. The smell of over used grease should have warned me, gross. Eat anywhere but here in Pennington

Husband got two sausage biscuits and they smelled bad. No way they didn't notice that. Tried to call them just to let them know so they can check on it so noone gets sick but they just kept hanging up the phone without answering.. Wish I could leave no stars.
