This McDonald’s has always had problems—everything from long wait times to staffing issues, old food, and an unsanitary lobby and bathrooms. I hardly ever leave reviews, but after my recent visit in December, I hope changes can be made.
I have never been to this McDonald’s and received a correct order—not once. My last experience was by far the worst. I went inside to order, hoping that ordering in person might help ensure accuracy. After standing at the counter without receiving any help, I resorted to using the kiosk. I entered my order—nothing complicated, just a small order for two people. Of course, the kiosk was out of paper, so I didn’t receive a receipt or order number.
When I told the employee what my order was, she handed me a bag and said, “This is it.” Trusting that it was correct, and with my hands full carrying drinks and the bag, I failed to check the order myself—that part is on me. I then drove home.
Out of the few items I ordered, I received less than half. I know it was supposed to be my order because the receipt on the bag matched exactly what I had ordered. I understand that people have bad days and that mistakes happen, but when problems like this are consistent, major changes need to be made.
Either the staff needs to be completely retrained, or leadership needs to be changed. I used to live in Pennington, and this is not a new issue—it has been going on for years and has clearly continued to worsen.

The place nevers has frappe or milkshake the machines are always broken and your orders are very rarely right the workers are so rude and act like you bother them if they have to do there job instead of standing in a circle talking it's really went down hill worst McDonald's I have ever been to

Worst McDonald's around the area.Slow snail service to consistently get wrong food and after last 3 orders had soggy undercooked fries will never go back.

Rude and slow. Especially the later shift workers. Parking you to "wait on fries" for the fries to be cold.

It’s really hard to give this place a good or bad rating. It all depends on when you go. Sometimes the food is hot, fresh and good, other times, it’s not. Sometimes the service is great, other times it’s horrendous. Sometimes it’s really clean, other times, not so much. It really seems like they are at their best early in the morning, and really iffy later in the day.

So I have never been to this one personally however I do have stories from this location from other previous workers/consumers and boy oh boy is this McDonald's something, I've had stories about stoners hogging the line during the night shift and workers crying in the walk-in freezer because of their stressful job. Not even to mention about the sweet tea crisis where if a Karen doesn't get their sweet tea how they like it they throw it back in the workers face.

staff that work there are horrible no customer service and no accountability just watched 6 cars in a row get pissed and leave while the lobby was closed for short staff and laughed at customers in drive through just had them sitting there until they left
