We placed an order over the phone late this evening. We wanted 2 large pizzas one having bacon and pepperoni and the other with chicken, onions, green peppers, mushroom and tomato with buffalo as the sauce. We got a chicken pizza with chicken banana peppers and onions instead and one of the workers said to make another one the way we wanted it, we would be charged. Everyone besides one lady who rang up my husband and the delivery driver looked to be under the influence of something. If you can't do your job or like it, stay home or get another one.

It was horrible! We usually love Pizza Hut but today confirmed we will not be back! I order online my husband waited 45 mins for someone to ask him what he needed. He was then handed the pizzas when he gets home we are missing a large pepperoni I call back they told me they would replace it I was told it would be 20 mins so 35 mins later I show up only to find out that my pizza had not even been put in the oven I was told it would be 7 mins 20 mins later I received my food the pizza tasted horrible. There was one woman busting her butt while one was chatting it up with a friend in the dining room a driver was helping prepare the food he was also super nice a manager was no where to be seen so disappointed

Worst experience ever ordered through app so would be ready when got there what a joke lol Said would be done at 6:30 for pickup got there at 6:35 and finally got food at 7:04 do yourself a favor and go to pizza plus or go stand in lobby of Pizza Hut with 20 other people to wait forever for your food if could give 0 stars would just check newest reviews and will see almost all 1 star reviews place has went down bad since reopening.

I know they are busy but seriously we ordered. The garlic bread was brought out when we was almost done. I had already finished my chicken alfredo that's why I wanted the bread. Never checked on us until we were almost completely finished. Not very nice at the check out much interested in each other than you.

Ordered pizza and 3 orders of cheese sticks app said it would ready at 4:13 came to the store and was informed at 4:30 that my order was still 3 orders behind none of the employees seemed to even act like they were in a hurry the store was packed with people waiting on there orders and the cashier was rude as hell

It was the worst meal ever at pizza hut. I order my drink and foods. Wait 2 hours on pizza never show up. Stay way from there if u don't wait to wait 2hours for your food just not to get it

Buffet is offered from 12-2 , came in around 1 for the buffet, the pizza that was on the buffet wasn't fresh , had to ask for them to put more pizza out and had to wait on the pizza like 30 mins , was never asked if I needed a refill on my drink , if it wasn't for the pizza tasting so good when I finally got to have it , I would have rated my today's experience lower , but pizza was good (other than having to wait so long and it should of been on the buffet already)and salad bar was fresh

Pizza was overcooked, we could barely get a piece without the entire thing ripping apart. We also got an order of plain breadsticks and that’s exactly what they were. They had nothing on them (I.e parm or seasoning) they were also overcooked and crunched with every bite. Also when we went to pick up our order the person at the counter said we didn’t pay online even though we did. Then they had trouble doing a refund after we had to paid again. Super disappointed as we were looking forward to this location opening back up.
Great food. Good pricing too. I had to wait over an hour on a call in order. Can't complain though. The food was worth it. They were incredibly backed up and were still courteous and trying to serve everyone as best as possible. Great hard working crew. My only real complaint is the building needs work.

Pizza Hut has really gone down hill of late. While I was waiting for my order today I watched the man working hand someone their order and shortly after leaving the store they returned with a pizza that was not theirs. The worker, instead of disposing of the pizza, put it back in the warming oven on the bottom shelf. I watched all this with my own eyes and I know what I saw. I watched him take that returned pizza and place it with the rest of my order when it came out and try to give it to me. When I called out he said he had placed the returned pizza on the counter and didn't put it back in the oven. Lies! I watched him! I got a refund and will not be going back. I do plan to contact the health inspector as well.

The lobby appeared clean.. This will be the only good thing I have to say about this place. We were told to have a seat and that was the 1st and last interaction we had with any employee. As we sat there and waited, we watched a guy walk back and forth with a phone in his hand. He kept looking at us as if we didn't belong there. The waitress (Krista/Kristen) Manager as she called herself was more concerned with sitting in the corner talking with a child instead of actually doing her job. When we asked if she was even gonna serve us, she was very rude as if she didn't have time for lobby customers. After 15-20 min of waiting with No service, NOT EVEN A DRINK we had no choice but to leave. Hope this isn't how daily operations run here and if this so called waitress/ manager is in charge LORD HELP PLACE!! I will never ever return to this particular Pizza Hut.

Worst service ever this is awful we couldn't even get waited on sat 15 min while the manager or waitress played with her kid this is unacceptable if you have a business . I manage a business have for 30 years whoever owns that pizza hut really needs to check into how his business is run. I will never go there.
