The Pennington Gap Pizza Hut has been notorious for being way too greasy for their pizzas. Lately, it's not been so bad. Will start eating their more often.
I hadn't eaten at Pizza Hut in years and had a fond experience from the past. But all of that changed when A friend ordered a supreme pizza over the weekend at the Pennington Gap, Virginia location. The pizza was cold and undercooked. Pizza hut's toxic ingredients include hydrolyzed yeast aka MSG as well as nitrates in their meat found to cause migraines and vision problems. Undercooked food causes illness. Do yourself a favor and instead of spending $25 on the overpriced pizza you can get a high-quality Frozen one for $10.

Went in after graduation last night. Some of our family was already there and had ordered. We sat for 30 minutes, a server never came over to take our order. I finally went to the front and asked for a box for my family who had already finished eating. Nobody ever came to check refills it was pitiful. I’m a server so I was very disappointed.

I found some of the employees are rude and caused a young man to lose his door dash there as she was this young man’s cousin and decided she was going to throw his past up and now ruined that young man. The employees name is Tiffany Shepard and she ruined this man for no reason. I feel she needs to be fired as it had never been a problem him delivering before for door dash. This young man had been delivering for Pizza Hut door dash for months and now this one employee wants to stop it because she is jealous this man was doing better than her. Regardless the man’s past he hadn’t bothered anyone. This employee should be let go
I can't rate this experience low enough. My husband and I went one night just because it had been year's since we visited this location. We ordered pasta and cheese sticks. Not a single customer and the place was beyond nasty. No one made an attempt to clean a table or anything but they kept the cigarettes busy. The smell of them smoking in the bathroom was terrible. Then they messed up the pasta. Said they put in the wrong one and would be 6 more minutes. 40 minutes later we get cold pasta, and dough tasting cheese sticks. The manager was there and had no concern. It was by far the worst experience. Certainly will not be going back. This place is beyond poorly ran.

Some nice people but holly smoke, make sure you are prepared to pay a lot of money for just ok pizza. Could not believe the bill for just me and the wife dinner. More expensive than Red Lobster.
We did carryout. Our team member, Tiffany, was polite, quick and bubbly! Thank you for such great service! Always love our pizza hut crew
