Can you atleast do the bare minimum and write which sub is which on the label that's meant for it on the orders where there's multiple subs?
Best Subway around

I am not one to give bad reviews, but I placed an order online for two sandwiches and a salad when I get back home I have two of my sandwiches then I have a wrap instead of my salad and I’m told I have to bring the sandwich And the receipt back before they will give me my salad. Now not to mention my gas that I drove out here for twice they’re gonna throw the sandwich away and give me attitude when I get here. Very poor service. Not to mention, it took them five minutes to answer the phone.

Everyone knows subway has been going downhill for years. However I got a major problem with them (or at-least their corporate, I know the workers at our local sites have no control over my main issue but it would help if they would at least pick up the phone sometimes.) Anyway, so first subway gets rid of shredded mozzarella and replaces it with “fresh” mozzarella meaning theirs an up charge. I try calling for 15 minutes the other day and finally give up and go in since you can’t place a order through the drive through (making it almost pointless at this point unless u use the app since they never answer the phone. ) so I go in and wait some more to try and order a pizza sub and get told they have discontinued all mozzarella cheese. WHAT?! Why would anyone choose to discontinue that of all things. Because who wants a pizza sub or without mozzarella? If your going to get rid of it take pizza sub off the menu. And some will say just get provolone it’s similar. Maybe in some ways but if you’re looking for anything pizza related mozzarella is the main thing. Also subway has always been on their BS about being “healthy”. You know what’s healthier than provolone? MOZZARELLA. And also subway sells personal pizzas. So I was disgusted to think of that with any other cheese so I decided to check in the app and guess what. They are still using SHREDDED mozzarella for the pizzas. And I’m sure they was told they aren’t allowed to use it on the subs but honestly wth. But also that means that they still was getting the cheaper mozzarella for that but the more expensive for the subs. And if all this is about reducing company costs then why not just drop the “fresh” mozzarella and go back to the shredded mozzarella that they are already still buying for the pizzas and that everyone preferred. This is the most brain dead decision I can think of. It was the only thing I still liked from there and now I am grieving. Plus I’m sure there is plenty of other subs that used mozzarella cheese that people are going to be disappointed in having without it. There’s so much more I could say but I think my tangent has been long enough. ????

Meat and veggies were fresh. Bread not baked long enough. Like chewing soft leather. Floors not clean. Good and friendly service.

I sat and waited in line for (no exaggeration) thirty minutes for a pick up order before anyone even acknowledged that I was there. I then waited an extra 20 minutes before I got my order. The lady behind the counter had her phone propped between her shoulder and ear and was just talking away while the younger boy working with her was doing pretty much everything.

They fail to get orders correct.
Dietary restrictions: They had stuff my niece was able to eat.
Wheelchair accessibility: It was nice that we could take my niece in the building in her wheelchair.

My girls love to eat at Subway. Yeah, just like everywhere now a day's the price for a meal is pretty steep. But I have faith that things will work out for the better.
Kid-friendliness: They are always nice and very friendly to us every time we eat there.

I was not happy at all. Mine and my boyfriends subs were wrong. And they did not take accountability for the fact that they messed up our sandwiches. We ordered specific subs because we both have food allergies and both of the sandwiches we received had our allergies in the sandwiches and they argued with both me and my boyfriend. Not happy
