My husband Billy stopped by our local Taco Bell in Pennington Gap,VA on Halloween night to pick up a couple of the Luxe Cravings Boxes for us for dinner. They were very busy since it was Halloween. When he got home we sat down to eat and discovered that some items were missing and others were wrong. He called them that evening to let them know of their mistakes with our meals. The woman he spoke with took his name and told him the next time we come in they would make it right. We stopped by the next evening and they made it right and then some! They were very polite, and even helped him carry it to the car! So KUDOS to the people who work at the Pennington Gap, Virginia Taco Bell !!

Typically, this Tacobell gets it right. Sometimes, when you ask for extra beef or chicken, it will not seem like you get the extra you paid for. We eat here at least three or four times a month. There's not many places in Pennington Gap to eat.

Had dinner there with my wife and daughter yesterday on Sunday around 7 o clock, and when I first arrived no one was at the counter, every worker looked at us and passed by, finally a young woman had came to the counter after realizing we were about to leave an apologized for our wait. She told me she couldn't take orders yet as she was new there and was specifically hired and training for management but got Someone to get our order fairly quickly. Once my order was done she brought everything to our booth and was very friendly and cordial and kept apologizing for the wait, even gave us a ticket for a free taco! My wife asked her name, she said her name was Stephanie. So we just want to say thank you and give a big shout out to Stephanie, pennington gap's new shift manager in training for being extra polite and going the extra mile for this store. Whoever hired this young lady clearly has a big brain because when she becomes shift manager and her training is completed, I see her taking this restaurant to new heights as her customer service skills are something top management should be exceptionally proud of. As long as she's working here we will definitely be back!

What's the point if online ordering. If you have to wait on them to make the food when u arrive. Waited 15 min to showed up. Store and drive-thru both empty.
