Jacob took care of use last night the app wouldn't let us order he opened the door to the inside an took our order an made it happen thanks to him we got food at 2 am he made it happen

Ok what the HECK.... normally not bad but today....ROTTEN TOMATOES, NASTY BROWN LETTUCE, AND MY CHICKEN burrito five slivers of chicken a plop of Beans . ..a shred of cheese ....and chalupas....hard as hell. No meat once Again... Extremely disappointed. Even the beans were dried out....

I ordered from this place today two bean burritos and a drink I added sour cream and jalapenos to the burritos it was $12. The burritos are $1.7 each as I wrote down the road and open them the burritos were like water running out and the drink was carbonated water I contacted the restaurant and they said the beans were supposed to be like that there is absolutely no way that those beans are supposed to be like that. That's the way they're supposed to look when they're coming back out not when they're going in your mouth. I will not buy from this restaurant one more time ever I feel like this was handled terribly they said the mountain dew Baja had been out for 2 days but yet they didn't offer me a refund they didn't offer me to replace it or anything.

This place is a joke they don't even put mild sauce out to grab for takeout and if you go through drive through they never give you the sauces you ask for they hoard them. It's ridiculously priced already and no matter how many points you get you basically get something worth a dollar on the app . Tuesday drop is a joke they do it at 2 knowing most people are working then not good business for the average family... Every place besides here has way better deals and family friendly environments
