This was a great experience Allison is an amazing person and customer service rep I've never felt so welcomed at an eating establishment in the city. She made it feel like a more. And pop shop . The service was great the food delicious. Being able to sample before making my choice was a super positive. 10/10 recommended. And if any leadership sees this hire more employees like Allison she was the highlight of this experience

Ugh I wish I lived closer because this is my fav place on the planet. I often drive 30 mins just to get it.

The employees will hound you to buy the meal, even if you just want to buy the sandwich. They don't list it on the menu, they don't list their prices, it's like this place is trying to cheat you. The sandwich is a pretty good, but you have to press the employees to just give you the damn sandwich. I want you to buy all this other stuff and it's just not worth it.This place should be investigated for lowballing or something.

I have been passing this by so many times and didn’t realize what a gem this place is after I finally entered and had their sandwich. Must say one of the best sandwich I’ve had in a long time. Their motto on the wall was totally experienced by me. Highly recommend it!

Very tasty! I love that you have many options of chicken salad — who knew? I sampled a few (free samples!) and they were all so good. It was hard to choose. The restaurant was clean and the service was excellent!

Lots of different chicken salad options at this local lunch place. If you like chicken salad you will love all the different choices they offer. And you can get a scoop or a salad. Comes with nice variety of sides (including a second scoop of chicken salad if you don't want one of the other options), a pickle and an individually wrapped sugar cookie. Display case has many garb and go options in small or large sizes.

The cashier walked me thru the menu, which was greatly appreciated as there were so many choices. I decided on the chicken salad with cranberries. DELICIOUS!! The bread tasted like 'out of the oven' fresh! In addition, I had a cup of pomblano soup. Equally delicious. Truly, it was fabulous.

I LOVE chicken salad chick. However i have some frustrations with this particular location. I eat from here at least once a week since open. My first 10 orders here all had something wrong with them but management has since stepped on that so now it’s only wrong 50% of the time. My current issues are
1) every single time I ask for extra crackers they forget. It’s been AT LEAST 10 times now.
2) putting bacon on my sandwich when I ask for no bacon. I don’t eat pork for religious reasons.
3) my fruit usually comes fermented when it’s advertised as fresh
4) I’ve ordered the large chick to go twice and been given the small.
5) overall the notes I leave on my order are consistently ignored bc they aren’t printed clearly on the receipt for workers to see.

Please do something about this so my orders can be consistently correct, I hate knowing I need to double check and I fear ordering it delivered. Most employees are young and I can tell they haven’t worked food service before; coach them the best yall can they’re doing their best. Thank you.

I’m so glad there isn’t one of these near me. This place is dangerous. Such amazing flavors and fun twists. Great chx salad. Soup. Mac. Go try it and just hope there isn’t one near you or you’re in trouble.

We were visiting my son who lives in the area and since, we love chicken salad, wanted to give this one a try! It did not disappoint. The food was delicious and extremely affordable. It was a great value and we will make this a must visit every time we are in the area!

Love chicken salad and was excited to find the Chicken Salad Chick in the DMV! Ate here often in SC and a few times NC. The salads always fresh and the cookie with your meal is a nice lil touch.
