Ole Number 3 restaurant and Bar

If you can overlook the place being short staffed, a blonde behind the bar that doesn't know how to make drinks, and overpriced food, then this is the place for you. However, the Atmosphere was good, as a young man by the name of Noah Spencer was there entertaining the crowd. The other entertainment was watching 2 people basically run the whole place. Terrible management for a place like this.

Wonderful place. Great people, unique atmosphere and extremely good service. The mango habanero chicken wings were a standout as they were fantastic. We will be going back.

I called in a to go order, inwhich I ordered a sirloin steak medium well cooked. When I got home there wasblood dripping out of the bag. The steak was cooked rare and was cold. The salad it came with was pretty good. Also green beans and it was nothing but fat barely any greenbeans. It is soooo over priced and definitely isn't worth the money you pay to receive it. The waitress was awesome though but the food was trash.

4 us came here for lunch after a mine tour. Service was great. I had the cheesesteak. I would definitely recommend that it was really good. Wedding staff was fantastic.

I went here with family (group of 12) and the food was DELICIOUS.
I got a Farm Fresh Paradise Burger, which was delicious. My grandmother got some shrimp which the shrimp were so fresh and so delicious. I believe they were coated with garlic, not entirely sure. The fries were good, the appetizers were good, it was absolutely amazing food. For appetizers we got fried pickle chips and fried green tomatoes.
Ignore the awful reviews. They are so so wrong. It is so saddening this restaurant didn’t have more business on a friday night, because the food really was amazing. I would 100% come again. Everyone really enjoyed their food and could say the same thing.
Also, the waitresses were very kind as well.

How do you take a rather good experience and end up at one start? Well, you have a great waitress, pretty darn good food, a nice atmosphere and blend it with a very rude owner at the end.

We let the restaurant know we were going to be a large party tonight. Every one of us was super patient that the kitchen would be slow and we were really just enjoying each other’s time together. We did have one couple that had to leave due to a child that was not feeling well. Please note, they left after waiting 90 minutes for their food. As a result they left without paying their bill - no food no bill, right. Well, the owner approached the entire group of us proclaiming his status and indicating we could solve this two ways, have the couple come back or else. After the owner made a quite unnecessary scene one of the members of our group simply asked “can we just pay the bill?” He then handed the owner his credit card and all was taken care of.

All the owner would have needed to do is approach the person in our group that made the reservation one-on-one and this would have been readily taken care of. There was no need for him to proclaim his position or make a scene of the matter. In short, his ego got the best of him and made certain a fair number of us would never return, quite unfortunate really.

A little discretion, kindness and understanding goes a long way in the customer service business. I would suggest this gentleman take into consideration the feelings of others and the impact of his actions not only on his business but their impact on his employees.

This restaurant is horrible. Don’t waste your money on their slow service, average food and an owner who is rude to his customers. Ole #3 is a Dump.

Horrible.... I did not receive my sides,nor did our to go orders receive sides . food took 1 hour. Waitress overworked , as she had 5 tables of 10 ppl. Ea. Kitchen & servers seems poorly managed. Barstaff hanging out with regulars, no help for frazzled waitress Owner calls out family with lupus child for leaving without receiving food & cancelation of food & states " We can handle this one of two ways"...

I would like suggest a third way which would be courtesy and care. DEFINITELY NO LARGE party venue
