The chicken sandwich was awful. I'm not one to complain but oh my gosh it just did not taste right. Our fries tasted like it was fried in fish oil. We complained at the front but nothing was done about it. We got a couple of sorry's but they didn't even remake the fries? The chicken patty was completely dark meat, no white meat in sight. Wasted more than 30 dollars on a meal.

Food is phenomenal but staff don't call out when the order is done. Customers are just really sitting without being asked to pick up the food but the food has been ready for so long. Time is money!

I love the location of BB.Q Chicken; it's in a bright and clean food court. What I appreciate most is their approach to frying chicken – they don't pre-fry it. Instead, they fry the chicken to order, ensuring it's always fresh and delicious.

Staff verbally confirmed boneless wings are halal. Service was impeccable. We tried the honey garlic boneless chicken wings and they were super crunchy and delicious. The staff was thoughtful and brought us a knife to cut the chicken and extra napkins without having to ask. The chicken takes some time to make since it’s fresh. Very clean.

Cool Korean BBQ Chicken spot, located within a Lotte Mart. In the Sterling plaza, in the same complex as an OTF studio (a gym I go to). After work-out, I swung by the nearby Lotte Mart, ordered I think an 8-piece chicken for 20$ or so, and then proceeded to shop some produce and random stuff at the Lotte mart.My takeout order was ready in about 15 minutes.Food was good. I had it when I got home. Spicy, and sweet, and lot of calories, but at least it was good, fatty protein, and it hit the spot.I would recommend, and I’ve also tried BBQ chicken in other locations (such as the Loudoun Station Ashburn one). All great.

Ordered before I went for a quick shopping and it was ready. I got soy garlic and spicy wings and both were so delicious. and the employees are very friendly. I will go again for sure.

Best Korean fried chicken in town. The wait is understandable since they’re super busy. It’s worthy to wait. The chicken is delicious, crispy, and tastes just like how Korean fried chickens should be. Highly recommend Soy Garlic. Definitely go back to try other flavors!!!

Waited 45 minutes after my order.Ordered spicy Gabi boneless, the meat was very chewy and the bater was not that crispy. Also the menu had two chillies indicating the spice but it wasn't that spicy and little bit sweet. At least the people were nice, after sometime they started providing the disclaimer that they're falling behind and the wait time is 30 min
