the size of any sandwich that's made at Burger King is great,but the amount of mayonnaise that was put on the whopper is way too much,almost a table spoon and some.it was leaking everywhere on car seat clothes and such, let alone the tomatoes and the onion were sliding off to waste due to the clumsy sandwich.

Warren at the drive through has 10/10 phenomenal hospitality skills— every time I go he brightens the day. He’s got the charm and charisma, that if I ever were to open a restaurant, I would recruit him for some type of roll immediately.

I was very disappointed with the food quality. The sandwich tasted like it had been sitting out for quite some time; the bun was soggy and the cheese was dried out. To top it off, the fries had a distinct taste of old, burnt oil.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this experience really tested my patience. I went through the drive-thru and the person taking the order was speaking so incredibly low, I could barely hear a word. I stayed completely silent just to try and catch what he was saying, but it was pointless. I asked for an item, and at first, he said they had it—but then suddenly he was saying they didn’t, all because he wasn’t speaking clearly the entire time.
It was frustrating and confusing until the manager finally stepped in. Thankfully, the manager spoke loud and clear, took our order without any issues, and got us on our way. Shoutout to them for saving the situation, but the person on the mic seriously needs to work on their communication. In a drive-thru, clarity matters.

Ordered milk shake last week using mobile order. Ice cream machine was down, no refund possible. This week I couldn’t order a milk shake using the app, so I ordered a Viking sundae. Again, ice cream machine down, no refund possible.
Fix the app so you can’t order items you can’t fulfill. Fix the ice cream machine. Offer refund or gift certificate, or something to show you want to make it right for your customer.
