I don’t usually leave reviews, but this experience really tested my patience. I went through the drive-thru and the person taking the order was speaking so incredibly low, I could barely hear a word. I stayed completely silent just to try and catch what he was saying, but it was pointless. I asked for an item, and at first, he said they had it—but then suddenly he was saying they didn’t, all because he wasn’t speaking clearly the entire time.
It was frustrating and confusing until the manager finally stepped in. Thankfully, the manager spoke loud and clear, took our order without any issues, and got us on our way. Shoutout to them for saving the situation, but the person on the mic seriously needs to work on their communication. In a drive-thru, clarity matters.

Ordered milk shake last week using mobile order. Ice cream machine was down, no refund possible. This week I couldn’t order a milk shake using the app, so I ordered a Viking sundae. Again, ice cream machine down, no refund possible.
Fix the app so you can’t order items you can’t fulfill. Fix the ice cream machine. Offer refund or gift certificate, or something to show you want to make it right for your customer.

The day shift supervisor Marie Elena is very rude we had an issue with online order she said she can’t help it has nothing to do with her that that’s onlines problem not hers DO NOT EAT WHERE YOU WONT BE RESPECTED
Sunday at noon and I'm the only one in the drive thru. Not a good sign. Been here at different times and same lack of customers. Ordered the Whopper with Cheese meal. Whopper is good as always, but fries are lukewarm and soda is watered down. $13 for the combo seems high. Drive-thru attendant is very nice. This may not be open much longer it seems with lack of clientele.

This location's rather interesting. You had three people working this location at 5:00 p.m. so service was very slow. Got the food drove 10 minutes to get home and find the that the sandwiches and fries were actually cold. Burger King at other locations are a rather appealing places to eat at. This location not so much it can't even scratch the surface to be average.
