I’ve been going to Toosoo for 8+ years and used to recommend it to everyone for authentic Pakistani food. Sadly, the service and cleanliness have gotten really bad.
Last night I brought my family and relatives (we spent over $200 and drove 45 mins) and found a HAIR in my chicken tikka breast. I showed it to the cashier, but instead of offering a refund or replacement right away, all I got was a casual “sorry from the kitchen.” Only after I complained again did they reluctantly offer another chicken piece. The manager wasn’t even available.
This was embarrassing after convincing my guests to come here. If they had handled it professionally, I might have accepted a replacement, but their attitude and lack of care were very disappointing. I will never bring friends or family here again. 👎

Food is great as always, me and my family had been going to this restaurant for 8 years for craving of Nihari, Chicken Tikka, and Halwa Puri. The halwa puri’s chickpeas and halwa was served with bigger plastic containers at a decent price and now price had been increased for almost 40 bucks? Serving in three small plastic containers which can fit the size of one lime??? Truly unacceptable and stealing money. It does not feel worthy to pay almost 40 for a few puris, halwa, potatoes, and chickpeas in VERY small containers…

We drive 1 hour and 25 minutes from Maryland to our favorite place Toosso for breakfast, Halwa-puri, (love the soft poori'ss) Haleem, and Chicken Tikka with their special chattni They used to have one restaurant in MD, Rockville, which they have closed, but we are toosso's clients since 2017. Always recommend and support 👌🏻

Nan have mud - the taste too bad .or it’s really bad , or dirt in old Flour I try to explain the staff Manager and they said oven was hot well It was cold . But the point is the Flour is not clean Clay was inside the “NAN “ bread dropped on the dust area Or they cooked didnot right. I complained and they made again

The quantity has gone down by 50% for a dine in and the price is still up!
My eyes were on disbelief on how small the quantity is. Parking is ok. Service was fine and confusing!
A good reason I might just not keep going anymore!
