Order taking staf is good but food has Bad price value, disappointed packing, I ordered 1 chana pori breakfast to go but when I came home and opened the bag the chana halwa potato were in tiny baby size plastic containers, these tiny containers are actually used for raita chatney ketchup etc in almost all restaurants but I think Toosso did not find tineiest than these ones otherwise they may use tinest ones, another time I ordered shami kabab as side order and shami kabab were wraped in aluminum foil which already squished into some paste like thing when we serve to our guests. Toosso plz be little open minded and generous by heart, your competitor food stores are offering “jumbo” value prices dont make your customers feel “what a waste of money” by serving white rice as biryani or cutting down on receipe items or by using tiny containers, plz find time to read your customers reviews.

Absolutely terrible experience at Tosso. My friend and I got sick shortly after eating here. The food was old, stale, and tasted very unfresh. This was honestly one of the worst meals I’ve ever had.
There were no chairs to sit inside, so we had to eat outside, which made the whole experience even worse. The place felt unorganized and poorly managed, with zero attention to cleanliness or customer comfort.
I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. They need a complete overhaul of their food quality, hygiene, and service. Not worth your money or your health.

You can’t give me chicken made hours ago and have the takeaway container be full of limp, stale garnish. Be honest about what you’re handing people. Just because I have a to go order doesn’t mean the expectations from the food are less than if I’m eating in - the price is the same.

I have loved this place for the last decade, however, lately things have been changing and only getting worse. I ordered Biryani which used to come in a metal kettle. The management has changed it to a tiny cup for $14. Insane! There is barely any food in it. The taste of Biryani has also taken a hit.
The Falooda used to come in nice glass containers.. those have been replaced with fragile plastic cups. I really wish management would take the customers feedback into consideration and make positive changes.

It’s a funny restaurant. They will serve all the number of orders around you & keep you holding till the whole order is complete. Upon request you are shrugged off as if customers don’t matter. I am surprised they are still in business. I used to come to this restaurant a long time ago & returned here after a few years to check it out again. But I am disappointed and feel that they do not care at all.restaurant is dirty and probably has a lot of health department violations. The food is not that great and not worth the poor Customer service experience at all. Never coming back & will share this feedback with others who still think about returning to this restaurant.

Hi, to be honestly speaking the worse Mirch fries I had in my life in this community. So poor that who ever took the order and suggest me that plz come order the fries we will make it fresh for. U just can’t serve me old fries which was there for 10 to 20 minutes. U might think u are smart cookie but who ever in the food business u can’t fool them. Just be honest with the customers. U called this is mirch fries.

You are better off just eating there. They don't know how to manage takeout orders. By the time you get your complete order, the food is cold and looks like wet samosa. Just to see what their reaction is, I pulled out the cold Kathi Roll out of the bag and handed it to the girl taking the orders. She grabs it, looks at me, gives the role back to me, turns around and goes inside the kitchen without saying a single word. At that point what are you supposed to do?
