They had many different options! I love matcha, so I got a matcha brownie. It definitely was not how I expected it to taste, probably low sugar. That fits within my dietary needs, but not my taste needs, enough said. I'll still go back and try something else though.

I love this brand, the cakes and bakery are to die for, nevertheless this location it's just sad, empty, zero love on the bakery as you can see in the pictures it's almost empty, the espresso machine was broken so no lavender latte for me this time ?, anyway Hopefully they improve the service and food at this location

After visiting the Chantilly "full" location, this was a huge disappointment. For some unforeseen circumstances (according to a sign) the food selection was extremely limited. Luckily the food itself is great so even with a very limited selection we weren't let down.
However service was s l o w, we waited about 10 minutes to get 3 coffees, which were already a downgrade because the espresso machine was broken.
Please work on improving your service, it's seriously lacking.

I stopped by one day after work because I was craving something sweet. I wasn't quite sure what I wanted, but I knew I wanted to go to a bakery or some kind of patisserie. I didn't know it was inside the Lotte Plaza Market. They have several tables and chairs for dining in if you prefer. It was very clean and orderly. They have many choices for bakery items and pastries. Half the shelves were empty when I had gone though, I think it's because I came in at the end of the day.

There was one barista person there who helped me decide on the drink of choice and also explained a few things. They don't really have boba tea choices, but they have cold drinks and hot drinks typical of patisseries. They have many selections of pastries and cakes as well. They provided fast and friendly service.

I ended up getting a strawberry-mango blended drink. It's not quite like a smoothie, not quite a juice with pulp. The closest thing I think it's like is fruta licuada with water. It was pretty good: not too bland, not too sweet. I think it would be better if it was ice cold. I forgot the name of the pastry I chose, but it's like a strawberry cream pastry. It was absolutely delicious! I loved it.

I would definitely come back and try other pastries and bakery items. If I'm in the mood, I would definitely try other cold drinks that they offer.

As a native Korean, Tour Le Jours Cafe fell far below standards. The breads were either dry or lacked fillings. Additionally, there was a large fly in the bread display case.
The service was terrible too; the manager allowed another woman to cut in line in front of me. Without even apologizing, the manager said it wasn’t a big deal.

I often order decaf coffee from them and it's straight up delicious to me. Great bakery. You can find a delicious treat for every taste, both salty and sweet. It's more like European pastries to me than American pastries. It's not as sweet as the desserts here. And that's why I like it so much

I want to give this place more stars but sadly the food is not fresh tasting & overpriced. The drinks are hit or miss depending on who’s making them. I have had expresso left out of lattes one too many times (yes literally served just syrup & milk) because the staff would rather socialize than do their job

Please dont support this place. Watched the owner berate the employee. As he was handing the employee a bag and the employee was about to take it, the owner dropped the bag on the ground so that the employee had to pick it up off the ground. Cant stand Korean business owners treating Hispanics like garbage.
