Food was very good 😊 definitely looking forward to my 2nd trip

One word- underwhelming. Do not understand the hype at all. Two stars and that’s only because the server was great. Food was one star. Ordered ribs- you would think a bbq place in an area with plenty of other bbq places would have good ribs, nope not at all. Tasted like crockpot ribs covered in a bland mix of brown sauce and bbq sauce with just a little bit of liquid smoke. Honestly not even as good as those precooked ribs in a bag at the grocery store. Tried the supposedly famous egg roll, no real flavor to it. Just some bland shredded cabbage in a wrapper and deep fried, your generic Chinese food buffet around here has a better egg roll. Fiancé got the salmon. It seemed fine, frozen salmon nothing special, at least it wasn’t the tail end piece. Server said that was the best thing on the menu, lol. Was three star dish. Oh and the crab dip, don’t recall seeing a single piece of crab in it. So disappointing.

Excellent food and service but please rehab the bathrooms.

Only ate there one time when I was visiting family spent way too much money for four people the steak rare and still tough catfish tasted like mud it's like they didn't season anything only ate there cuz locals told me it was the best place in town should have known better when the waitress told us don't order the barbecue we did anyway made me want to walk outside lick the tire of my truck to get the taste out my mouth

Horrible food over priced. Ordered pulled pork and doubled baked potato. Might I add I asked if they could make a pulled pork sandwich or something with the pulled pork. Answer: No. They don't adhere to the customer at all. Asked if I could get some sort of bread and I would make it myself. Waitress said it comes with freshly made toast. Ok I will try and make something out of NOTHING . Took 30 min to get our entrée. Sad to say hot garbage. A plate of meat with a potato that tastes like it sat in the back for a week before trying to make it. Bread was as hard as a brick the other slice was soaked and soggy from the water again water coming off the meat. The menu has no way of understanding it, needs an upgrade of description of your food. Even our waitress said it's a hard menu to understand. She has been there for years supposedly. I don't know why I always see it packed with people. Unless people from this area has no clue of how a restaurant is ran and what good food is. I mean I can make a better put together meal at home with pulled pork. This place doesn't have any type of walls up in the back where their kitchen is. It's like sitting in a high school cafeteria you have to scream to whoever you're there with to try and have a conversation. Put dividers in or something. If you're hard of hearing don't come here at all. All in all they don't know how to pair foods together. Waste of time and money if you come here. I think they only get business from their local friends that doesn't understand food. This place needs major help with pairing of foods and making a menu also some new cooks.

First time dining at Cuz's...HAND DOWN the best meal I have ever had in Tazewell County! Sharon was just extraordinary as our highly experienced, super knowledgeable server !!! EASILY 5 STARS

Not impressed whatsoever with this location. The locals spoke very highly of it - but it simply was below average to average at best…

Bread was subpar, as were the fries. Barbecue was average. Skanky Mac and Cheese however was exceptional.

Not hating - just trying to get people to temper expectations.

Molly however was a very sweet waiter so kudos to her.

Been here several times but today will be our last time here. We ordered crab cheese dip- it arrived as a bowl of melted velveeta cheese with no crab and store bought Tostitos. Then they brought what we ordered: I ordered brisket with twice baked potato. Counted in the meat of the brisket were 2 slices of pure fat and the twice baked potato was cold. My husband ordered the catfish- it had absolutely no seasoning on it. It was like spongy water. We did let our waitress know that the dip wasn’t good and the other problems. She brought me another plate and the brisket was good and the potato was hot. However, customer service is highly lacking. I thought with the multiple problems they would at least take the dip off of our bill ( we couldn’t eat it ) That’s a big NOPE. Our waitress said “I am sorry for your experience- come back again and we’ll make it up to you.” Why wouldn’t you make it up to us right then and there? We weren’t expecting a free meal. We have no reason to return- so there’s no way to make it up to us. You’ve lost some loyal customers. We are highly disappointed.

Waitress was great but the food quality for the price is ridiculous. Ate there a total of 4 times and have never thought it was worth the money. Recently ate there this week and the food of my friend’s was so cold they could barely eat it. Table behind us sent back their food because it was cold and bland.
