McDonald's really pushes their app. This location doesn't seem educated enough to use the app. Three times in the last few days, they have overcharged me because they say that their server died and didn't transmit the discount. That's ok. Hardee's has an app that works and it is easier to get in and out.

Can’t make an ice coffee right if it killed them and employees and management doesn’t know how to act right. I couldn’t imagine getting mad at someone because I made a mistake and made something wrong and then take it out on the customer because I can’t do my job properly.

I ordered a Carmel Frappe, the amount of Carmel was hilarious, I didn’t realize that Virginia was going through a caramel crisis. The older gentleman who brought it to me was extremely rude too. I asked him several questions about his day but was met with grunts.

For one their frappe machine has been down (as they say) for well over a week and when I asked the lady about it she got really rude and walked away. I asked if it was a state wide issue because I had previously stopped at 4 McDonald's between Bluefield WV and here. She blew with frustration and said something really rude then walked away. I ended up leaving with nothing and I will not be back!

Place was clean. It’s on the smaller side but they had plenty of seats. This is not a 24 hour McDonald’s like the outside sign says but there ere open till 1am

I was there March 29. They rang up our order and I paid for it. Then they said they rang it up wrong and rang me up again and I paid for it again. It is now the next Tuesday and both charges are still on my account. This is ridiculous!!!!! That is a 45 minute drive for me and I have to go there to get the refund. These people do not know what they are doing and don't know how to handle a refund?????? If you can't do it, then let them have it at the cheaper price. It was their fault anyway. I am very angry!!! It's not worth it to drive that far for $25.09. And the manager hung up on me twice while talking to her.
