This is the worst subway I’ve ever been to. The workers are super lazy, coming from easy going person myself. They try their best every time to persuade me not to order. The food, the few times they can actually make the sub you want, it can be hot like normal or super super cold.

Myself and my boyfriend stopped and got 2 footlong subs after work today. MY BOYFRIEND GOR A MEATBALL SUB AND ASKED FOR HONEY MUSTARD PUT ON IT. SHE SLATHERED REGULAR MUSTARD ON IT. WHEN I WENT BACK IN THERE AND TOLD HER ABOUT IT AND ASKED IF SHE COULD REMAKE IT. SHE GRABBED A BOTTLE AND SAID ITS HONEY MUSTARD. IF IT WAS THEN IT IS ROTTEN. WE WILL NOT BE GOING TO EAT THERE AGAIN...PITIFULL

Did a delivery order that was wrong. The bread was wrong and my chips was left out. Tried calling MULTIPLE times to talk to someone and noone ever answered.
Normally, I love going to Subway. Today I tried using the app for the first time and was very unsatisfied. I placed my mobile order at least 30 minutes prior to going, because I was going on lunch. Upon arriving, the worker who was cleaning spoke to me and I checked to see if my order was ready on the counter. It was not. After standing at the counter unassisted I tried to get help from the workers. The one lady was new, however the other woman had zero knowledge of the Subway app. They claimed my order had not gone through, which upon looking it was still processing. The money had came off of my card, but the order never went through. So I asked them what I should do about this, meaning can I get my money back or will it eventually go through. She repeated multiple times that they were not affiliated with the Subway app and showed no interest in helping me. No one offered to take my order at the store or had any sort of solution to this issue. I felt very unwelcome and had to head back to work without any lunch. Not a great way to end my 2024.
DO NOT EAT HERE!!! Employees were rude to my wife she placed an order on the app and even though they took her money on the app she got there and they told her they don’t recognize the app at this location and would not help her receive a refund nor would they let her place an order in person. It took so long for them to help my wife that she did not get to eat on her lunch break and had to go back to work on an empty stomach. Even the manager at this location was no help whatsoever

The last 2 times I've ordered here I've spent 30+ on food and drinks. I do use the mobile app and that allows room for error but this time in particular I ordered bottled drinks and upon arrival they only had 2 options for bottled drinks neither of which I ordered, so I asked to sub fountain drinks only to find they only had 3 options for fountain drinks. I ordered 2 footlong combos with chips and drinks, one was supposed to have 50% more protein (upcharge) which wasn't honored, the other was regular. There was hardly any protein on the regular period and the same on the uncharged option, I got home to realize one of the bags of chips also had a hole in it.....for 30+ dollars in my last 2 experiences and recieveing terrible food and options after prepaying on the app I am finished with spending money at Subway. I will say the service wasn't bad, but the overall product for the money is an absolute joke. Do better Subway.

Just had the most amazing experience from this Subway!! I got to the counter and was informed that they were out of bread. I was disappointed at first but thought of a loophole. I asked Shannon, the associate working behind the counter if I were to go into Walmart (which the Subway is inside of) and purchased hoagie rolls, if she could make the subs I wanted. She replied with 1 word...Absolutely. So off I went in search of hoagie rolls. I found what I needed, took them to Self-Checkout and purchased them. I made my way back to Subway and laid the rolls on the counter. Shannon took them and made 6 of the most delicious subs I have EVER tasted!!! She wrapped them up with care and took them to the register. Shannon rang the subs up and it came to $21 and some change. I was so elated that she had gone WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND that I left her a $20 tip for her extraordinary service. This is the type of service that gets repeat customers. Although I am not from the immediate area, I will never forget the kindness shown to me by Shannon, she is truly one-of-a-kind. Nicely Done!!!

Got some dippers they were ok but not near enough dipping sauce only a quarter of a small little cup. Need to do as advertised on TV quit holding back same with the rest of the food they sell.

Terrible food and service. I got 3 ft. Long subs, didn't have ingredients to make subs ordered. Burned the bread. BAD Experience all the way around.

The bread was under done, they were out of 50% of things you can order, and staff wasn't rude but acted like they didn't want to serve you and gave us nasty looks.
