Got a nacho bell grande and there wasn’t any meat on it, had to order in the app for a cup of beef and cheese, it’s insane that I have to pay EXTRA for the food that originally GOES ON IT

Food is good but the staff didnt even acknowledge us or the 3 other families that came inside after us. When we walked in the one girl was telling them there was people up front that needed to order and they made comment the terminals were up there and we could just use those. Then another fam walked in made statement they needed order and the staff member that had just come in walked away and after 5 minutes still Noone came to greet or help anyone even those using the terminal that said they didnt know how to use it. I will never be back

This Young Lady and A Young man were at the window tonight they were so courteous and so nice and friendly we enjoyed coming through the drive through I believe the Young ladies name was Savannah. Thank You guys!
