Got a nacho bell grande and there wasn’t any meat on it, had to order in the app for a cup of beef and cheese, it’s insane that I have to pay EXTRA for the food that originally GOES ON IT

Food is good but the staff didnt even acknowledge us or the 3 other families that came inside after us. When we walked in the one girl was telling them there was people up front that needed to order and they made comment the terminals were up there and we could just use those. Then another fam walked in made statement they needed order and the staff member that had just come in walked away and after 5 minutes still Noone came to greet or help anyone even those using the terminal that said they didnt know how to use it. I will never be back

This Young Lady and A Young man were at the window tonight they were so courteous and so nice and friendly we enjoyed coming through the drive through I believe the Young ladies name was Savannah. Thank You guys!

Food was great, but the young lady who took our order inside; her name is KIM, absolutely amazing, the sweetest lady ever. I just hope and pray that this lady gets recognized for the job well done so your 5 stars that I gave you goes out to miss Kim.

Taco Bell is the worse place to pickup deliveries from, they prioritize the drive through so everyone else has to wait

Food was burnt and the guy at the window was coughing his head off while talking to us and made our drinks. I’m normally not that picky but idk about yall but I do not want to pay money to get burnt food it’s not right.

I drove 45 minutes to get there and it was 15 minutes before they closed so I figured it would be ok but no the guy said that they were putting the food away there not taking orders and very rude about it too I’ll never go back there

Really good for a quick cheap bite. Service in drive-thru is always fast. Prices are pretty reasonable.

Love the employees they were so sweet and caring very polite but the only complaint i have is the sour cream being all globbed up in one part of the burrito

I RARELY eat at Taco Bell. When I do I realize why I never eat here. Nacho fries were great but they only filled the LARGE nacho fry less than halfway up. Disappointed yet again.

Horrible experience . Treated very bad . I ordered my food and my food was left on counter when done . Never called my name . Than I come up to counter and didn’t receive a drink. I got to asking for someone and was ignored literally. They definitely heard me saying hey and excuse . It was 5 to 6 people back there I even got loud and a worker walked right past me . I had to walk back there and get my own cup . They treated me like trash. Of course . Felt like a very racist environment. I’m a truck driver and was delivering close by . This place had an all wyt crew and of course I’m black .
