We stopped in for a couple of drinks before heading home. The bar was full so we sat at a high top for two and the service was excellent. My wife had a pilot noir and I had a smoked old fashioned and both were excellent! If you have never been you should try out the Public House!
Love this restaurant. Decided to return with friends to celebrate 3 retirements. They seated us in a quiet corner in the main dining room so we could have conversation. Was happy that we had same server from our previous visit. He's funny but professional and knows the menu to make knowledgeable recommendations. Started off w/ appetizers and wine (2 bottles finished) & had the short rib fresh from the oven that melted in your mouth. My friend had a filet cooked to perfection...
We recently dined here with a group that included both a vegetarian and a young child, and everyone left happy. The menu offered excellent vegetarian options (labeled on the menu) and kid options that kept the kiddo satisfied. The ambiance was lovely and the service (Colin) was attentive and genuinely friendly. A truly enjoyable meal where all needs were met. Highly recommend!
