My mother and I ate here. She and my dad had eaten there before. The free appetizer of pickled cucumbers were fresh and delicious. The Governor chicken and the seafood dish my mom got were very good. I would recommend and I will definitely go back.
Had lunch with a friend. Customer service was very friendly and prompt. Egg rolls came out piping hot, had to wait to eat. Their Chinese mustard was the best I have had in a long time. I ordered cashew shrimp which comes with a clear sauce. I asked for mine with a brown sauce, no problem. Entrees came out fast, hot a fresh. Very much enjoyed! Will be go to place when in Powhatan!!
The food was just ok. I asked if they could make me Kung pao beef with no vegetables or peanuts but just cut up water chestnuts and they flat out told me no we can not make you that. I mean this is simple to make not rocket science. I asked very nicely to speak with the manager but was told the manager wasn't working!! When is there never a manager working add a restaurant at any given time? Something is missing here.
