While not much of a fast food diner, i have visited your restaurant a few times with my grandson. Your employees have always been very kind and engaging. There is not too much of that at other businesses these days. Today was an especially good visit as Jalasha B and another employee, , older lady, purple hair, both were so sweet with my grandson and took the time to give him extra attention. To have employees that are willing to have meaningful conversations with your customers goes a long ways and needs to be recognized. Take good care of all of them. Five stars for great employees!!

Dont eat inside. Tables, especially booths, all have pieces of food on them. They dont clean the tables very often evidently. No priority on cleanliness. Biscuit tasted great but fell apart immediately. Had to eat it with a spork.

This place continues to get worse. Ordered a biscuit and couldn’t bite into it was so hard. Asked for another and was told they were all like that. They made another one that was just as hard. Employees could not care any less. Manager just looked at it and shrugged. That will be my last visit to Bojangles. Chik Fil A should open a school teaching other fast food places about customer service

Ain’t nothing like sitting down and taking a bite of a raw piece of chicken. Appetite has left, the bo round were cooked perfectly and I’m glad I ain’t those first.
Can’t seem to open on time. If you try to go first thing in the morning or in the evening you have a 50/50 chance they will actually be open when they are supposed to be…kind of a shame

How can a chicken restaurant not have chicken available to sell when that is your whole point!!! This is the second bad experience at this Bojangles, the first time was over a year ago and the chicken was completely dry and not what we expected. Today at lunch I ordered two three piece all white meals and the restaurant was completely out of breast. The owner needs to close this location if they can’t provide the normal Bojangles quality and experience.

Undoubtedly, the worst run restaurant in all of Central Virginia, service is terrible. Staff is rude and just nasty. It's never clean and they are always out of something. Not a competent person in their whole staffing crew. They will never be receiving my business again.

The lady manager in charge when we went Saturday morning, July 26th, did what she could to speak positively & respectfully to her employees, but there was a lot of chaos. Several groups left before ordering & we probably would have also, but they had already taken our money. We ordered at the drive-thru, but the order was totally wrong at the window. The girl at the window tried to get the order straight, but then said she was sick, for me to drive around to the entrance. After a long wait, I finally went inside. It still took another 20 minutes. We spent a minimum of 30- 35 minutes to get an order for 3 people. It was my first visit there, & it doesn't make me want to go back again.

This location is conveniently situated just off the main highway, making it easy to access. The drive-through is also easy to find. Our order was delivered quickly and accurately, and the food was fresh, hot, and delicious—all at a great price. The staff members who assisted us were patient and friendly. I would definitely recommend this place.
