How can a chicken restaurant not have chicken available to sell when that is your whole point!!! This is the second bad experience at this Bojangles, the first time was over a year ago and the chicken was completely dry and not what we expected. Today at lunch I ordered two three piece all white meals and the restaurant was completely out of breast. The owner needs to close this location if they can’t provide the normal Bojangles quality and experience.

Undoubtedly, the worst run restaurant in all of Central Virginia, service is terrible. Staff is rude and just nasty. It's never clean and they are always out of something. Not a competent person in their whole staffing crew. They will never be receiving my business again.

The lady manager in charge when we went Saturday morning, July 26th, did what she could to speak positively & respectfully to her employees, but there was a lot of chaos. Several groups left before ordering & we probably would have also, but they had already taken our money. We ordered at the drive-thru, but the order was totally wrong at the window. The girl at the window tried to get the order straight, but then said she was sick, for me to drive around to the entrance. After a long wait, I finally went inside. It still took another 20 minutes. We spent a minimum of 30- 35 minutes to get an order for 3 people. It was my first visit there, & it doesn't make me want to go back again.

This location is conveniently situated just off the main highway, making it easy to access. The drive-through is also easy to find. Our order was delivered quickly and accurately, and the food was fresh, hot, and delicious—all at a great price. The staff members who assisted us were patient and friendly. I would definitely recommend this place.

Purchased a 3 wing dinner and got to the window was informed no wings were ready so I got 2 legs and a thigh chicken was not hot or tasty and biscuit was dough resulting in me having to call a manager to complain and go by and get a fresh order THIS has happened several times with me.

We walked in on Friday for lunch and were completely ignored along with five others in line behind us. It seemed the cashier was slowly filling orders for the drive though. Several employees came to the front to fill orders from the drive through including the manager but non of them seemed interested in even greeting us. Absolutely horrible customer service. We left and went across the street to Burger King after 10 min of waiting. It’s ashamed. Love the food.

They were so attentive to all the customers who came in and went above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service. It truly reminded me of the old Powhatan I grew up in.
