You know how it's a gamble if Mcds ice-cream machine works, it's the same way if this bojangles in powhatan has chicken wings. They might have it, They might not. Almost got into it with the lady at the window when I asked how long it was going to take for the wings cause she said they had to cook, she just said we dont have any. From having to cook to not having any smh. I just drove away. Morning crew is different from lunch crew though.

Gross at 9 am this place is a mess. Every single table was nasty and dirty. The highlight is the bug filled lighting above each table. Completely ruined my appetite. I didn't dare step foot in the bathroom. This place is gross and very disappointing.

Don’t even attempt to place a mobile order. Restaurant claimed they couldn’t find the ticket for our order, so we never got the order we paid for. I would’ve asked for help in store, but no one ever came back to the register in the 15 min we sat and waited. Food and drinks were stacked all over the place behind the counter. Staff genuinely could not care less. My expectations for bojangles are always low, but wow. This was the most unprofessional fast food experience I’ve ever had, and that is saying a lot. We decided to leave the restaurant after noticing that it had fallen dead silent. Literally none of the employees were saying a word or communicating with each other or the customers in any way, shape, or form. Genuinely uncomfortable experience. 0/10. Wendy’s down the street had great fries, though.

Genuinely the most disorganized bojangles I've ever been to (and that's saying something). Unmotivated, apathetic, and antisocial staff, lack of care handling food (returned food put back in with the rest of the chicken), and dirty / greasy dine-in area. While the corporate food is good, the dining experience is completely undone by the individuals running the place. I feel bad for the owner, with staff like this, it's impossible for a place like this to survive.
