Very clean inside and out. Customer service was friendly and helpful. The donuts were fresh but the variety was scarce. I wish they had the chocolate creme filled but the smores one was awesome! Lots of seating inside and parking outside.
I never used to like Dunkin Donuts, until I visited this location. Their donuts always taste so fresh! And best of all, they don't glaze their double chocolate donuts!! (Every other Dunkin I've been to ruins the double chocolate donut by covering it in a sickly sweet glaze). Never change, Powhatan Dunkin - I love you and your donuts!

They charged me $3.99 for a shot of expresso, I buy the same coffee the same way in every dunkin donut that I go to,yet, this one continues to overcharge and they were dismissive when I questioned them.

Powhatan Dunkin is by far the best! The morning crew is amazing, always kind and accommodating. Savannah, Aliyah, Ms. Carrie and Connor start our day off right-they get our orders correct and are so friendly. Food is delicious, coffee is perfect, store is super clean.
