Service is great and the staff are friendly, but the prices at this Dunkin’ are way higher than other locations. Because of that, I won’t be coming back and will be switching to Starbucks instead.

Went in to order 4 meal deals at 11:25 and never received our food until 11:50. I went to the counter 3 times and was told we're working on it. All 4 sandwiches were the same and all 4 coffees ere exactly the same. It wasn't a hard order so why the long wait?

Sent a mobile in and we went in to get our order and the woman at the counter was very sweet, our order was ready and she was very sweet to my girls!!! Very personal and nice to chat with!! Nice to meet sweet people while traveling!!

We placed our order in drive thru . The store was limited on items and out at everything . . My order was not right. Go in to let them know so it could be fixed . And was avoided like the plague. The service there is NOT good at all. I will drive to chesterfield before going back . Never going back !!!!

Been going consistently since they open but since I learned they are more expensive then any surrounding dunkin I've cut way back. Today I went to find out my coffee has gone up about 50 cent in price and when I got my coffee today and it was the wrong color I knew it wasn't made right. The inconsistency of this location is frustrating either just being made wrong or not stirred properly so I can't enjoy it till I get to my destination. The service is fine but also most the time they don't even say anything to me

We were at Dunkin today and the Guy Wade didn't explain to us that we couldn't get Turkey Sausage with the 6 dollar meal and it's heartbreaking how we can't get Turkey sausage with the meal everywhere else they let us but the Powhatan location does not allow it at all they need to do better then that and explain to customers better on how the 6 dollar meal works

The line always moves super fast which I especially appreciate on the way to work, and they have such a cheerful drive thru staff! They even know my husband and a few of his coworkers by name. Haven’t had an inaccurate order, always a pleasant experience!

The day we were there the register inside was down so no inside the building business. The line for the drive thru was around the building. It moved fairly quick. 10 minutes to get to the window.
The map pin puts you on a side road in a little town off the main road. Wrong location. It's on the main highway east of the pin location.

Very clean inside and out. Customer service was friendly and helpful. The donuts were fresh but the variety was scarce. I wish they had the chocolate creme filled but the smores one was awesome! Lots of seating inside and parking outside.
