Flatrock Sports Bar & Grill

My sister took us to visit this restaurant while we were in town, and I was pleasantly surprised. The food was amazing. My family had a couple of burgers, a chicken philly, and the chicken tenders. Everyone was very pleased with their meals, even with several being picky eaters with special orders. It was probably one of the most tasty burgers I've had in a long time.

I'm surprised that the restaurant wasn't crowded given the good food and friendly service. Definitely a great little local secret.

We stop in here every time we are in Powhatan. The wings and Philly Cheese are out of this world. The wings are moist and meaty while the Sub is packed with meat and by far the best I had in Virginia hands down! The owner comes over to speak to you and make sure your satisfied. Highly recommend stopping by!

I really love coming here .

We received excellent service, and the entertainment was outstanding. The room was very clean and cozy and the staff was friendly and festive.

The food was fantastic, especially the wings.

This place is good to go to for the drinks and commradity. It is a Cheers type of place where everyone knows your name which means there are cliques and to belong you need to be accepted. I would not reccomend the food.

This place is really hit or miss on food and service. Thought it was going to be our go to place over 6 years ago.... but no, definitely not but an only an option for just let's try it again...yeah. . No

This is a great place to go with the family. As far as bars go, this place has a minimal selection of liquor(~8 bottles). They have a few beers on tap, but that doesn’t do much for you when the bartender is often not even tending the bar. Every time I have been here, it takes around 10 minutes to get a drink. It’s never very busy, so the time it takes to get noticed by the bartender and get a drink is a little ridiculous when Buffalo Wild Wings or even Sedona tap house are right down the street. Customer service was very poor and the wait times were ridiculous.
