I’ve been on this earth since 1974 and have enjoyed kfc as a family meal for years. This was the absolute worst KFC experience I’ve had since childhood. If you cook chicken for the lunch rush you shouldn’t sell that same chicken at three o’clock. All that time under a heat lamp everything was dry mealy and gross. If this was in my own neighborhood I would have retuned to the store and demanded a refund. I understand that this is a Taco Bell KFC location but the chicken shouldn’t be a dry like a tortilla chip. The wedges that people have been looking forward to as a return to the menu was so salty it was inexcusable. You all need to make some serious managerial decisions to ensure your continued viability or turn the lights of and call it a day -5 out of ten and I’m feeling generous. I’m sure this won’t be addressed and you be closed sooner than later just horrible

The manager was amazingly helpful getting free bucket of chicken by utilizing the App.

This location is always fast in the Drive-Thru and my food is always right and hot
Second time I've tried to grab dinner on the way home after work and they were out of extra crispy chicken again.
I placed an online order an hour before I needed it and when I got to the window to pick it up I still had to wait 16 minutes for the chicken to be done what's the point of placing an order an hour ahead of time if it's not going to be ready when you pick it up
We got a Mexican pizza today that was not fit for human consumption. It was nasty. This store needs to do a better job with the refried beans....with today's purchase, the health department needs to shut the doors.

Employees are rude, and the food is borderline not safe to eat.The saucy nuggets in the picture tasted freezer burnt, and the other order of tenders were gray and had a weird film on the inside of the breading.

They no longer serve grean beans and everything else was starches. My husband is diabetic and I also have food restrictions, so the menu was very disappointing especially for the price I paid.
Vegetarian options: There was one vegetable (corn) I can't eat it.
Dietary restrictions: Being a diabetic, you don't have options to choose from.

If you're looking for the classic fast-food experience of slow service, horrible attitudes, and incompetence then look no further! The workers here are atrocious, avoid this location like the plague 😄!

Told the young girl today when I ordered food at 3:00 this afternoon that my husband had a dairy allergy so no cheese on the burrito.... open the burrito app and it had sour cream. The young girl went back to return it and ask for two more the guy that was working in the back said oh my God real loud so everyone could hear it in the restaurant. I have been on my feet since 5:30 this morning serving people at a restaurant and this is completely unacceptable after I had already told them about the allergy. This place sucks and I will never go back every time I come something is wrong

I ordered a small order, the Taste of KFC 2 piece meal, through the app. Hopped in the drive thru, told them I was there to pick it up. 15 minutes later, I finally get to the window and a male employee told me to pull up to the end of the drive thru and they would bring it out to me. I thought that was a little weird since it was supposed to have been ready by then, but it happens. He then brings out my order…and it was wrong. But he was gone before I could flag him down and get it fixed.
So, at this point, it’s been almost 20 minutes and I still don’t have the food I paid for. I parked and went into the store to get my order fixed. When I walked in, I didn’t notice anyone sitting any of the tables or waiting in line, and there were at least 4 employees behind the counter, not including the male employee working the drive thru.
I walked in and told them that this was not what I ordered, and one of the employees (I’m assuming the manager) snapped at me, “Well, what did you order?! Didn’t you have the mobile order?!” So I matched her energy and snapped right back, “Yes, I did, but I ordered the 2 piece Taste of KFC meal,” and I was trying to pull up the email to show her.
She immediately held up her hand, wrist brace and pink nails and all, in like a “talk to the hand” kind of way and said, “Don’t come at me like that!” I replied and told HER not to come at ME like that, because honestly, she escalated the situation from the moment she opened her mouth. She then yelled at me, “You know what?! Just go to your car and we will bring your order to you.” And then she stormed off into the kitchen. A few minutes later, a kind girl brought me my food, and if she’s reading this, I’m sorry for you having to witness that.
The reason why I assumed the rude lady was the manager is because I can’t imagine an employee acting that way in front of all their coworkers and nobody saying anything to them. Other comments here mention a rude female manager as well, so if the shoe fits. I feel truly sorry for the employees who work there, she must be a nightmare to work for. Needless to say, I will not be back as long as that woman is working there, and I have filed a complaint with KFC corporate, for what good that will do.
